You were supposed to put the other of the sushi machine on the bottom. So one to press it down and one to put inside on the bottom. That is how you will get a round sushi roll🥰

Both pronunciations are used and understood as they derive from two separate pronunciations of the word “lychee” from both Mandarin and Cantonese respectively :)

Indeed it is. Sushi doesn’t just have to be with fish. Sushi is an umbrella term for a dish that contains vinegared rice with various different toppings/fillings.
Sushi is literally just method of how it's made you can literally do anything in sushi as plain or as exciting as you like
