Informative reveiw..Thanks ..Been Looking for a Stand alone MIDI Controller for the RC-600 Looper.Your showing X4 using the sliders and pots and the CC screen for set-up is what I was looking for somebody to show. I can also use this hooked up to my computer..To record into Studio 1 too.
Studio One is my other DAW 🤓
How does this guy only have 8K Subs? So professional and informative! The only thing that I missed in this video was live action with FL Studio so we could hear some stuff, but still this is a great video and I could now finally decide that I'll order the Oxygen Pro Mini instead of the Akai MPK MIni. Yeah man, I think I will end up with the 49 key to replace my KeyLab 49 MK2. I never cared much for mixing with the keyboard but as I keep growing and getting busier, I can see that it might be a good idea. I will be making a template for the drumpads and since you've been a long time supporter, I'll be sure to give you a copy when I am done if you need it! Thanks for the support and feedback as always!

I appreciate you posting this content. My only critique is that you barely scratched the surface of the functionality of the sliders, knobs, buttons etc.. Like how to actually trigger said events like the ARP feature, it would've been nice to see you latch in real time! Nice work 💯👍🏼

37 is my favorite, with 49 at a close second. Sadly, this controller skips over 37 and the 32 is too much of a different form factor to be "close enough". I was about to get the 25 since I prefer a small keybed on such a versatile controller, but I chose the 49 just to have the option of each octave being assigned to one of the four zones.
Wish you commented on the feel and action of the keybed..

So informative, thanks man! For a single-keyboard setup would you recommend a 25- or 49-key? I'm shopping around for hardware options and this seems like one of the most important factors.
I would go with a 49 key at least. I only have a mini because I travel for work a good bit. If I only had one it would be a 49. I'm dropping the video on the new FLKey series later today!

Are the pads of the Pro Mini the same size and sensitivity as on the Oxygen Pro 25 ?

The Oxygen Pro is better than the Keylab Essential. BUT it's more of a comparison with the Keylab MK2.

Not really, I have a template for the Pro mini though that gets you right, check out my other videos and you'll see it.

..just got it,ox pro 61, its made from very cheap plastic, black keys dont have the same velocity sensitivity as white..cant adjust them, and i cant connect it with cubase, there is a problem with 12, knobs are not mapping...would not recommend for someone who plays piano..... regards

Strongly suggest not to buy this keyboard as its key sensitivity is not working well. about thirty percent of the time, it even miss the entire note or play it so low that is as good as missed note.
Waste of money and waste of your effort learning it.
