there are some beautiful little hill towns or villages just outside of Foggia which are wonderful !!! cleanest air, friendliest locales, Medieval preserved !!!! It's those not so talked about places that are GEMS !!
😮 I'm impressed. The doors to the apartment an entry hallway are spectacular. The kitchen is tremendous and has a great terrace. The arched ceilings my favorites I would paint all the arches ceilings a light cappuccino to enhance its beauty. The bathroom is gorgeous. The bedrooms are perfect Bright and many windows and terraces.❤ And the best it's in the town access to everything and parking is a huge Plus on the street or driveway it's a plus.😊 The price is unbelievable for what you're getting, thank you for showing this beautiful home and again giving a great presentation.❤

Квартира ШИКАРНА!!! Мебель - ШЕДЕВР!!! Меня удивили деревья вдоль улицы и металлопластиковые окна. Смотрю несколько каналов о жилье в Италии и в тех видео всегда окна и двери деревянные, а на улице, практически нет зелени. И ещё, все дома серые и ободраные снаружи. А у Вас и зелень, и цветные фасады строений. Ну правда, радует глаз, и наружный и внутренний антураж. Спасибо, за прекрасный обзор.

This one is so lovely!! Bright, spacious, quite grand, especially for the modest price...And finally a bathroom with a vanity instead of the silly pedestal sinks most Italian homes seem to have!
This home is awesome! I lived an a small room in converted office building when I got downsized in 2008 in USA in my job! But it was a Victorian building, well kept with historical attributes. In an art district. All was right out the door! Starbucks, cheap happy hours. Every bus and train connection. Unusual for California. It saved my mentality meeting other creative people. Having places to sit steps away for coffee. I could totally live there! Id go if younger and uncomitted. The furniture though beautiful is too much! I like the kitchen cabinets. Id restain or paint white. Do other furniture in a used 50s retro style.I dont understsnd the curtains. No one can see! Id have seating on every balcony and a cozy chair and table at every every window inside! That terrace is cool too. Id fix up a bit with all weather furniture. I garden and propagate plants. But i hate seeing dead ones and scattered pots. All pots nicely arranged even if empty on a shelving unit, even old crates is art! I wish we could see what people who buy these homes hazve done a year later!

I don’t know who bought. The furniture in this home but a lot of the wood furnishings are gorgeous.
Likewise, the town it is in looks very inviting. The wide avenue in front of the home was especially so.

I would love to see a cheap apartment on a ground floor, because I’m older….😅and it would be too stressful to be climbing stairs unless there is an elevator.

Are they moving all the furniture out once sold. My thing. Is i don't like sharing. Because. Nothing is safe. USA. ITS GETS STOLEN.
Concerned about the entry way and roof top terrace. All needs renovating. Including kitchen. Very nice lay out. Looking for a hill top village apt. Where i can bring out my table and chairs and drink coffee or wine with my neighbors.

Architectural details are amazing, but the street is very noisy and I wouldn't want to have to share a terrace with another person/family.
