Tried this, there doesn't seem to be anything behind the detent hole to release anything. My problem is that even after trying to clear a cutter error using the method shown on a previous video, the error wont reset. The printer is useless as is.

@@tanasijemladenovic7229 no, i had a spare printerr to exchange it with. Couldnt figure out what needed to be done. The company is deciding whether to send for repair or just throw away the printer.
