@@Birbbb absolutely I tell people all the time just because I can eat what I want and not put on weight doesn't mean my I'm healthy on the inside. For the most part I'm good but I have two bad habits I have a sweet tooth and I also overeat my portion size is way to big which is actually not good. Most people dont realise that big portion sizes and eating until you feel full is actually not good for you. I'm working on these things
