Hi Purpose, do you ever use pallet tape? I bought a used press with old platens that had old pallet tape on the rubber platens. The tape is so old it dried into the platen. Tried using my hands to peel off but it's tough. Will this method take the pallet tape off?

You can use heat to take off the tape. I honestly don't use palette tape. Too expensive in my area. I just spray glue on it. A very light spray glue that is REMOVABLE glue. It also come out with heat, it doesn't get stock to your shirts and it doesn't make too much trash. You do need to use this in an open space, if you don't have air circulation you either use a mask or don't use it. Be careful.
