Man! That is killer! Thank you for posting this. Loved Pyramid when i was a preteen until my early 20s. Pyramid kept me in car audio until i was able to buy other audio equipment.
You didnt mention if it sounded good bad or other. You just said it was interesting. Pyramid was a low low cost brand sold at flea markets. That said as a teenager I loved Pyramid because I could afford it. Pioneer Jensen Kenwood Sony were the big dogs made in Japan with a much higher price that Pyramid.
Brother Mullin love looking at this video. I'm 60 years young now! I remembered how equalizer and or equalizer boosters were the BIG CRAZE back in day! Where you got those CLASSICS NEW STOCKS from? I would love to get my hands on a CLASSIC 1980'S GHETTO BOOM BOX with two 8" inch woofers by JVC or PANASONIC!
Wow this is soo cool not sure where to start with my first classic car🫨 I got a original pioneer equalizer, going to get a amp not sure what else I need
Everyone knows the smile is the proper EQ setting.

Cool gear. Loving the hairtrick from that little port. Can't wait to see Derek do a deep dive someday.

He did it about a year ago.
What a blast from the past!!! Awesome video Mullin.
I use the word blast loosely 😁
Thanks dude! Those 3 ways were fairly loud but only got better in tomorrow's video.
That is a great sounding unit!
Mullin love me some old school Pyramid
Yesssssssss ❤
That looks very cool 😮
first car vibes...thank you
It looks like the level meters are calibrated well. From what I can tell it doesn't distort until the lights get into the red.
Now, that's a UNIT son!
Awesome!
awesome ❤️
What is the model number of the 3 way speakers? Ive been looking soo long for them and i can't even find a photo
Looks like it says model 88led on the box from the unboxing video.

I picked up a 1980's Corvette beater for resto-modification and a matching era stereo will be BITCHIN DUDE
Dang lol I'm disappointed thought the boostah was going to have the spectrum analyzer.
Cool flashback, where do you guys find this stuff ?
I have a place close to here that's like a time capsule. Once in a while they let me raid their old stock and I pick up a few things.

I had Clarion with pioneer deck

What is the model of the first equalizer??
Tutorial how to connect in Cp please, thank you☺️
What track were you using?
Nice! Mint vintage gear in action.
Might need to check out the right channel circuitry. Something not right in there being differing amplitudes...
Went straight back in the box for another 30 years rest. Lol
@@mullinperformanceaudio5902 Ahhh... Just registering that it was for the purpose of sharing and making content. Gotcha...
What are those speakers? I keep trying to catch the name
please find us a JSL eq.!!!!! those were the ones to own back when. peace
No Kraco?
That's crazy!
Can you hear the hairspray and glam rock bands in the background?
Anytime New Old stock, cheap car audio comes up on eBay, I buy it , cuz it always sells for almost nothing. Cheap or not it's a piece of history.
Pyramid stuff.... hmm. The 725 LED was a nice EQ but it was a booster and not all that good. It could have been a contender if it was passive.
