    The best asmr is unintentional... The whispering vids and tapping doesnt nearly hav the same effect for me as someone doing anything meticulous with a purpose not jst endlessly tapping and whispering jibberish....

      I can understand why there aren't many videos like this but it's really interesting to see a patient with low scores on motor and reflex tests but normal scores on sensory tests on the lower limbs.

      I don't know if that's the case with this video here, but several old exam videos had information removed from the description after they realized the video got a lot of views from people outside the niche. Some channels even blocked comments and others even blocked videos.

    This a case of charcot Mary syndrome in which there is a bilateral symmetrical proximally more than distal paresis with no sensory loss

    I feel bad for the patient, he must have some sort of disability, judging by the way his legs and feet look and with the amount of trouble he's having lifting his legs etc. here. Never the less, very relaxing video, and this doctor seems really nice :)

      It’s to distract the patient with something to do, so the doctor can potentially get a better reflex response.

      Clenching teeth potentiates reflexes is a patient is hyporeflexic. Helps to differentiate between reduced and absent reflexes
