- Are you attending the Canton Fair in October 2023 and you can't figure out how to use the online BEST tool to get your invitation letter for your China visa? LOOK NO FURTHER! We've created a step-by-step guide showing you how to log in and what to do to get your invitation letter.
The steps are
1. Fill out your personal information - you must include your picture and a picture of your passport identity page or you will not be able to apply
2. Fill out your company information - if you do not have a company just enter your name as the company
3. Register for a badge under buyers badge section - follow the steps in this video
4. Generate the invitation letter immediately from the next screen.

Hello there thanks for the video. Very clarified and helpful. But I'm a little lost now: I have the invitation letter, im ready with visa (don't need one), but im very confused with the buyer badge itself. How can I get it know? On the left menu on: My buyer Badge/Record of applications , I can see my name an "type of application / Pre-application for Buyers Badge" - "Auditing status / To be verified"... So what does that means? I'm ok? Or I need to wait any kind of verification?
you select pre-registration and then you select pick up at Hotel and you can just pick it up when you get there. It's very easy.

Thanks for your video specifically about the BEST portal. I’m trying to get an invitation letter to the April 2024 show, though I can’t access it using Safari, Edge or FireFox. Do they not open the portal until later in the year?

No, I haven't unfortunately. I'm assuming it's too early in the year, but I'm not sure
I believe it is closed right now. I've had several people reach out and ask about it but I'm not affiliated with Canton Fair. I just know many others are having the same issue

When I browse my invitation letter, is there suppose to be my badge photo that I uploaded in my personal information?

You don't need the buyer's badge for your Visa application, you only need the invitation letter. The buyer's badge will come in an email confirmation and then you have to take that physically with you to pick it up in China

when i click on Pre registration in the buyer badge area it goes to the company information tab...do you know why is this happening?

This invitation letter do not say Passport Number nor dates of entry and exit of china? Thanks
You can edit the PDF if you require this information to be on it for your Visa but it's not required

this happens to a lot of people. try a different browser or try back in 24 hours to see if your letter appears
How much time we have in our business visa from the time we come to China ?
It depends what country you are coming from. Everyone is different

@@fungusmangas80 in my case, yes. I have a 10 year unlimited visits M visa. But I'm from the USA. As I mentioned, every country and visa application process is different.
Okay i have done two last week, and pdf can be downloaded but now no more browse button.. and my first two successful didn’t even get informed of the success via email
