Did I Reach My 2023 Goals? | What Are My Plans For 2024? :D!
Next year, I'm planning on making each goal into a longer video/giving each goal a video instead of this current format.

Baking bread you just need 500g bread flour 260ml lukewarm water 10g yeast tea spoon of salt but keep salt away from yeast as it kills the yeast, and a tablespoon of veg oil. Knead bread for at least 10 minutes put in an oiled bowl and put in a warm place until it doubles in size, put flour on surface and knock back the dough but not to much, I decide into 6 equal amounts roll on surface until a roll shape put on a tray that has grease proof paper on, leave until they rise, put in a pre heated oven, I put ours on 220, cook for about 20 minutes, when you take out tap the bottom if it sounds hollow it’s done if not put back in oven for a couple of minutes.

I've never had goals, its probably why I have achieved nothing.😆 I like the spontaneity, it helps me cope with life better.
I will walk (try) to Southend on Sea in 2024. I did my first ever 20+ mile walk this summer. I've spent 3yrs building stamina and walked further than I ever thought possible but it has also shown me my limitations.
Bring my cholesterol down some more. My love of milk (full fat), sugar and cheesecake alerted my doctor for an intervention. I have brought it down to 3.5, the goal is 3.1.
Another goal is, to try not to be as boring as this comment I am posting. My friend has a few bits of furniture that she wants to paint grey. I'm sure she will invite me round to watch that dry. 2024🎉
Living spontaneously is still a great way to live - I try and add more surprise moments into my life. Hope you're able to walk to Southend on Sea this year and continue to beat your walking expectations.

Hi Keitie. When I was younger, late 20s, early 30s, my resting heart rate was 38bpm. I did way, way too much exercise, and did a lot of explosive. exercises. I went to the first Health and Fitness exerbition in London, held at the Barbican, this must have been mid 80, to mid late 89s. They were doing BP and heart rate tests. I was told to see a doctor, due to my very low heart rate. lol
Hard exercise is bad for you.
You should set realistic goals, even easy goals.
Lazy unstressed workers live the longest. Senior civil servants do especially well.
Hi Carl, wow, that is an extreme RHB, hope you sought the doctors advice. I doubt mine will get that low but I will be careful with the exercise I attempt.

Yo Keitei...great stuff! It is tough to quantify goals for things you love doing randomly like climbing trees but I trail run and always have numbers jumping around in my head. Your cave camp was my favourite wild camp just because of the unique location (and likely fewer ticks). I'm a huge raspberry fan too and could relate to a decent crop this year for my oatmeal etc. Nothing like fresh ones from your own world! If you're still reading this and want some simple bread making take a google look at Jim Lahey No-Knead Bread Recipe....it's super easy and works out pretty well for me. Happy New Year Miss Keitei! Yeah, it was hard to measure certain goals but it is also easy to forget to enjoy the journey of reaching your goals too.
The cave camp was fun :) hoping to have more wild camps further a field this year.
Thank you for the simple bread recipe, am collecting a few to try and see which one works for me - have attempted french baguettes so far - cooked well and rose a little but still more room for improvement.
