- Intranced are one of the hottest newcomers on the current American metal scene. The band originally came together as a three-piece in Los Angeles in 2022, consisting of Fili Bibiano ( Fortress and Gravesword), Ben Richardson and James-Paul Luna (White Wizzard). Muerte Y Metal is the band’s first full-length studio album, released today on Holly Roller Records.

I love anytime a metal band uses languages other than English in their lyrics. Metal is about celebrating who you are, so if that is singing in Spanish, Norwegian, or Mandarin, then hell yeah, scream it to the rafters 🤘
Dekay killing it with all these reviews as always. Love him and love the band, they ruled at Hell's Heroes.
Another killer review Mr Dekay. The track Passionate Pretender has a serious Dissident Aggressor vibe.

I can always tell DK has the goods within 20 seconds: He'll say something like 'this fucking rips' in passing and sure enough, it fucking rips. I believe todays no nonsense word was 'Bitchin'--- and sure enough, etc

Wank, this is why non metal music fans hate metal
Sometimes this is why non-metal music fans get into metal. Most people don’t go from radio play to hard underground overnight. There’s a bridge of different bands and genres one must cross to evolve your musical palette. I’m lucky my dad worked in the industry so I was exposed to Metallica, Megadeth, etc. in the 80’s and all sorts of genres in the 90’s. To be honest listening to punk rock bands like the Dead Kennedys, bad religion, pennywise and NOFX and wanting heavier riffs and lyrics got me into bands like Amon Amarth, Dimmu Borgir, and Havok. Now I have an appreciation for a lot of black metal and death.
Let this album Segway non-bangers into the world of heavy metal and grow their listening palette.
