Cucumber Avocado Salad | Easy 5 min Salad

This Salad is ALL the things we’re gonna need this Spring & Summer! It’s SUPER simple, tangy, crisp, fresh, and hydrating! PERFECT for a quick lunch, OR double the recipe and make a big bowl for your backyard BBQ’S!

Dressing
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp cilantro
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt
Pepper

I love this simple salad and love lemon juice just not in my salads so what can I substitute the lemon juice with??? Vinegar?? I just hope it’s not too tangy. Lol

Yeah. May be balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar. Something not too tangy!!
