I've never seen a video like this before but I love the atmosphere and personality Ryan has. As for the video itself I would add some saturation boost and possibly get a new camera/gyro stabilizer or something because the footage looks pretty blurred and out of focus at times.

Definitely! If his commission is 3% as the lead broker, he ends up making around $37.5 million on those properties alone.
Even if it's only a 1% commission which can sometimes happen on extremely expensive properties, that's still $12.5 million. Not bad for 6 months of work (typical listing period on a contract).
And we havent mentioned what he probably makes from the shows and youtube on top of it all 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️😂 hes a boss lol
