Everytime an i mean everytime i wear Missoni pour homme or Sedley….EVERYTIME i get a compliment! An make no mistake… if you can’t afford Sedley buy a cheap clone… but NO CLONE comes close to Sedley… it’s an effin masterpiece!!!

Monday was cuba orange, tuesday was Banana Republic oud mosaic, Wednesday was armaf niche platinum, Thursday was perry ellis portfolio edition black, friday was Maison Alhambra Porto Neroli, Saturday was Pierre Cardin Pour Monsieur, sunday was original penguin premium blend❤

Great rotation! Starwalker is a totally underrated scent. So beautiful, unfortunately very weak. But I love it anyway.

99 degrees here in SC today. I found 2 75ml bottles of ADG Absolu at my local Ulta. $48.99 each after tax so I’ve been wearing/enjoying that the past couple days.
Otherwise this week I’ve worn Le Beau, Bvlgari Aqva Marine and Y Eau Fresh (favorite of the line for me too).

I just picked up Michael jordan Legend and CR7 Game on at the Rack stores. Michael jordan legend reminds me of New Harlem by Bond no.9, and it's definitely my new favorite cheapie. CR7 smells like Azzaro the most wanted edp I think. It smells good 😮.

I wore four last week and basically my beat the heat is actually usually gym scents...Lacoste blanc eau fraiche, Gucci Guilty Black ,Versace Pour Homme and I also wore YSL EDP Intense one night and because it does not have that apple it worked very well with the heat! ..I guess I should change that to five..I can't forget Jimmy Choo Man Ice!

XX Artisan smells a lot like D&G K to me. They both give me a starch accord. The spray our parents use to use on their slacks to maintain its pleat or to create a crease when ironing. Although I get the cleanliness, I struggle with those fragrances deeply.
I’ll give XX artisan a spray on skin tonight to see how it is since I’ve only smelled it in the air. I blind bought it months ago.

Gentle fluidity performs great. Remember that a lot of these dudes think “1-2 sprays” is enough lol. They’re probable especially underspraying when it comes to more expensive fragrances. For example even modern batches of Aventus are beast mode on me. I’m 8-10 sprays standard and I don’t have performance issues with any fragrance out there that’s reported to be weak. I was confused by people calling some fragrances weak then I realised they’re just being cheap with the sprays lol

Great stuff this week! I had to do mostly lighter scents this past week, heat advisory every day for being in the 90s. D&G Light blue, vibrant summer, oros, and precieux 1 are notable wears this week.
Those will cover you in this heat. Haven't tried the last one.
Great hot weather choices! I picked up Missoni Parfum from your and Trevor from TZ Fragrance's recommendation. Both of you have mentioned it frequently and you're right, it's amazing! We had the heat dome last week as well, to cool off I wore: Sun- Nishane Ege, Mon- L'Eau Bleue d'Issey Pour Homme, Tues- Armaf CDN Milestone, Wed- Kenzo Homme EDP, Thurs- Lacoste L'Homme Intense, Fri- Nishane Ambra Calabria and Sat- Guerlain Ideal Cologne. This week is hot, but not dome hot, thankfully!
Its one you cant go wrong with and immediately acts as a pick me up when I smell it. EXCELLENT hot weather choices right there.

@ryantccarter. After seeing ADP Fico Di Amalfi on your list, I just couldn't resist asking: Do you think it Iives up to the hype? I'm talking about the scent only of course, since it's known for being a poor performer, as are all the ADP Blue Line scents for that matter. I'd really like to see Gerard review this one.
@@oldiesgeek454 its a simple scent, but I think it is one of the most relaxing and beautiful things I have ever smelled for the warm weather. I personally go between 12-16 sprays (get the 5oz bottle, only way to go if you plan to spray like I do, and I'm not normally an over sprayer) and I get a solid 6 hours out of it, projection is poor but you will be smelling yourself and catching wafts the whole time. A little bonus tip, I use a fig scented body wash (Harry's) that smells somewhat similar and I find that combination super beautiful after a shower 🧼

@@gerardgeorge only tried Hacivat X, which is essentially a fresher but equally strong scent profile compared to the original. I have a love hate relationship with the oak moss in the OG Hacivat, and the X flanker swaps it for vetiver that works much better with my skin chemistry 🧪
A few I reached for this week were Dylan Blue, H24, and Vibrant Vetiver Delight

Not really because it is unique in the opening but if you want something in the same spirit something like Dior Homme Cologne could scratch that itch.

Does john varvatos artisan xx project? every single fragrance i tried from that line was a skin scent. They do tend to have good longevity tho.

Y Eau Fraiche and XX Artisan are two of the easiest reaches for high heat. It's hot here in LA too, so I reached for Gucci Guilty Cologne today.
I just found Tom Ford Cherry Smoke and im hooked. Do you know of any decent clones that wont break the bank ? I think it's like $240 for 1 oz lol...It sort of smells like Dr Pepper

There was an old formulation that didnt last as long and supposedly PDM fixxed that issue. Mine has great performance.
