I scooped up 3 bottles of YSL LNDH Bleu Électrique. This will eventually be discontinued, and it's the closest thing to the original LNDH, but with a delicate lavender note. Stunning!
For the Jean Paul Gaultier- Le Beau Parfum... they had it available all last week. I was able to get two bottles, one for me and one for gift. I had no idea it was that hard to get. Even got two free samples and a Tattoo tote bag.

After a few weeks I got another bottle from a different seller (kinda like ebay) and paid a bit more. I love it but I also don't wanna wear it. I'm dreading the day I ran out of it. Just checked - there's just one person selling it atm and it's 63 euros though I'm not sure id it's actually available because it's on auto renew and most of the big sellers don't take down old listings. The other one I stockpiled was 1 Million Lucky back when you warned us it might be going away. Glad it's sticking though.

One is my favorite designer fragrance that was, for awhile at least, very hard to get. The other was a limited edition that my wife and I loved instantly so I immediately grabbed another bottle.
Unless it's a totally original and uncommon scent, I couldnt see having a backup of anything... especially with the excellent clone houses these days. But I do understand if a person only has a few bottles in their collection.

I picked up 100ml of impact intense for £40 last year I’ve barely worn it really it’s alright but nothing special and nothing at all like pdm Layton that’s bs it’s a decent cheapie just like all the Tommy Hilfiger fragrances are, I like the original Tommy fragrance still I’d put that above impact intense

If you have less than 15 bottles in your collection, sure. I don't think it applies to most fragheads though..as we have enough to pass on to our great, great great grandchildren 😅
All beauty is ephemeral, so enjoy things while you have them and then allow yourself to move on to something else. You'll find new favorite frags, I promise.
This video is not needed lol. As fragrance enthusiasts, we have enough bottles of cologne to scent our kids and grandkids thereafter. Backup bottles are not necessary to me especially, when scent styles change over time and what smells gr8 today will smell passe years down the line.
Most people who panic-buy backup bottles will most likely not even want to use the backup once they went through the first bottle. This is especially true for collectors that have 20+ bottles. Taste changes, and chances are high that your much loved fragrance will not suit your taste once you got through the bottle. As for this video, this is a paid commercial for certain bottles.. ignore it
