Annie Sloan Chalk paint - Dry brushing technique

Dry Brushing is one of my favorite techniques! Many think that it will be about the same effect as waxes, but I do not really agree with that. Dry Brushing is the 'highlights' if it gives some more clarity (?), It is therefore added to 'bulges' while waxes settles more in the pits and accentuates them. So, the same effect but, on the contrary, one might say!
It is in any case a quick and easy trick to create a certain kind of patina with any color you want.
In the video, I use Annie Sloan Chalk Paint; colors Provence and Old White. Finally I seal the paint with Clear wax!

White wax doesn't give the same result... (but it's gorgeous too)!

Hej hej! :) Det började med att jag provade färgen mest för att kunna veta vad jag skulle säga när kunder frågade mig om Autentico var likadan att måla med.. och då fastnade jag bara. Ytan, strukturen, täckförmågan..... allting passade mig så himla bra och jag märkte på en gång att man kan göra otroligt mycket mer med Annie Sloan chalkpaint än vad man kan göra med AUtentico, med bara färgen alltså...
