  • Hey all! This will count as my #MonthlyGoalsProject update as well.
As part of my goal to practice a different instrument every month for the year of 2020, I tried to learn to sing! I used Steve Glazer's Udemy course as my curriculum and I shared my lessons learned here.
Overall, I recommend the course, especially for beginners to singing. The course is here on Udemy:
    www.udemy.com/course/singing-...
I'm going to be learning other instruments and will be sharing reviews of courses as well as sharing what I learn along the way! Don't forget to subscribe. :)

Thank you, man. I really value this review because it helped me decide to buy the course because it was based on a real user review, which gave me a better understanding of what I was getting into.

Did he teach pitch, timber, vocal weight?

I've never had training before at all. Is this course good for me?

I was in the same boat as you, I'd never received any formal training. I did feel like the course was a great introduction to singing and helped bring awareness to your voice.
I do think that it would be a good idea to practice singing songs you like on your own because the course focuses on drills and technique.
so, to answer your question, yes I do think it's a great course for those never receiving vocal or even music training.

I have a question…..is it compulsory to complete the course in two months only?? Because I’m usually busy with architecture, so it might take longer than that for me to complete the course.

No, you have access to it for as long as you'd like.
