1 - he is too chill with the guests.. he acts as though he can't learn anything from them.
2 - he may be funny as a friend, but nothing about his persona on the podcast comes off as comedic or funny
3 - he is way too all over the place.. the whole point of a long form podcast is to get deep, but he jumps around so much that it doesn't allow that to happen
4 - he is late and he leaves early. That shows disrespect to your guests, your viewers and the podcast itself
