Today, I'm still clean and sober working full time in a homeless shelter getting a wage others would have had to go to school for multiple years to get. I am reminded everyday where I can end up and how much I can lose if I choose the wrong path again. I just wanted to write this for those who are struggling with an addiction and think there is no hope for yourself, I'm telling you now... I did it, so can you. Life is so much better after you put in the work on yourself. When you are ready and get sober just be mindful about where things could end up again if you take the wrong turn or associate yourself with the wrong people.
