that is a chevrolet C1500 "SILVERADO" possibly personalized by Centurion or Mark III since those 2 workshops were the only ones that did that type of work such as wood-type finishes and sports seats from the 80's
Too bad it's the single extended cab version
and it does not have the third door on the passenger side
but it still looks pretty
