    I see that the battery is "bolted" down ... is there an easy method of battery removal? I need to remove the battery before lifting it! The scooter seems to be very useful, but the weight of 62lbs (a little over 28kgs) is a bit heavy for me to lift (dead-lift) up 3 feet! It'd also be handy to have the battery removed for easier access to charging!! Another question ... does it go off-road at all?

    Can I go slower than 4 mph for grocery shopping? Thanks. It’s purdy. Great video!

      Yes you can, This throttle is like a gas pedal, if you want to go as fast as it will go you press it down all the way. If you don't want to go as fast, press it down a little.

    Also, is there a battery that I can fly with?

      There is a 10Ah battery that is airline approved. You can find it on our website. Here is the link, just look at the battery drop down menu to see the 10Ah battery.

    I was wondering if you have any information about taking the scooter on an airplane for traveling?

    • @Marcsmobility
      @Marcsmobility  Před 11 dny

      If you get the airline approved 10A battery then you would be able to take it on the plane

      @@Marcsmobility My scooter has the 15.6Ah Battery will that be ok for an airplane?

    • @Marcsmobility
      @Marcsmobility  Před 11 dny

      So that one is not airline approved. Any lithium battery needs to be 12A or under.

      @@Marcsmobility That's bad news for me to hear. Do you know if I would be able to use my scooter on an Amtrak Train?

    • @Marcsmobility
      @Marcsmobility  Před 3 dny

      I don't see why you wouldn't. You may want to contact Amtrak first just to make sure.

    • @Marcsmobility
      @Marcsmobility  Před 6 měsíci

      It does not come with a swivel seat and they don't make a swivel seat for this particular scooter

    Where can I get a battery

    • @Marcsmobility
      @Marcsmobility  Před 5 měsíci

      We can get you one for this MS-3000. Did you have the 10A battery or the 15.6A battery? The 10A battery would be $249 and the 15.6A battery would be $349. Give us a call at 800-677-6293 and we will be able to order one and get it out to you.

    It will be a better scooter with swivell seat

      I agree with you but no where to mount a swivel seat the way the seat mount and bracket is.
