I'm going to be moving to Dallas, Texas soon and I will be shoving it down Texas football fans when New England make it to the playoffs again and Tony Romo chokes and cost the Cowboys another playoff spot.

Boston is known for containing the most intelligent and genuine people in the country. We have THE BEST primary/secondary schools and colleges. Plus, sports here are VERY notorious, especially when it comes to basketball. So in other words, we have the Boston Celtics and most of us root for Tom Brady, which he is from Boston.
I am a Boston fan too but Tom Brady is from California.

Yankees going to three world series in the 21st century( according to the ruling of a decade 2000 is still part of the 1990's don't believe me just wiki "decade")
and won just one while also suffering greatest collapse in postseason history in 2004
while the mets havent been to a world series since 2000 and havent won since 1986
for having bigger odds of a new-york baseball team winning the world series in the 21st century Boston's kicking their ass

the giants have been to two superbowls and won two(against patriots but one on hail Mary throw)
while the jets haven't won the superbowl since 1968
patriots have more superbowl wins and appearance in 21st cnetury but giants have better winning record so ill call this one a tie despite once agian better odds of a newyork team winning(2-1 odds)

Boston is a hockey town. More pro hockey players come out of Mass than all the other sports combined and Boston is flooded with more top college hockey teams in the nation than any other city. Name the baseball, basketball and football college teams in Boston producing pros at the level of Boston colleges producing pro hockey players. And it's the hardest of the 4 to play by far.

I think they changed the broadcast laws a few years back. The first show to actually use the word got a lot of press, but nowadays its used here and there, even in scripted television and people don't make a fuss about it. I'm happy about that, over in Europe they don't censor anything, makes for much better TV.

Yes, sports is bigger than religion here for diehard fans. Funny thing is, I grew up mostly watching soccer in South Korea, but after I immigrated to the US when I was 9 years old I became a diehard American football fan. Living in Oklahoma probably contributed as well. Although Oklahoma is one of the most racist states in the US, I grew up a diehard OU Sooners fan for some reason. As I got older I gained a lot of respect for American football, because the game is much similar to chess...
