I broke my femur and hummaris 3 years ago. I couldn't afford physical therapy and my arm is a bit crooked is there an exercise I can do to make it straight. Also I still can't walk up and down stairs. Looking for exercise for strenth and balance. I would love to know if you have vidios for this. I am 57 and not ready to be unable to do for myself. Also forgot to mention I have a rod in my right leg and plate in my right arm.
