These old jeeps can really take a pounding and go almost anywhere. Amazing !
Grandpa Stan it’s so great to see that you’ve been back on the trails since covid. At first look, 21 Road seemed to be one of your easier trails but after watching this whole video, wow, this is mastery level of trail. Great job, Grandpa Stan!
Good fun meeting you guys in Moab. Amazing what those locker stockers will tackle.
My absolutely favorite off-road videos on CZcams!
Thanks for your kind words and thanks for watching.
Stan must have arms like Popeye!
You NEVER hear him step on the gas
Arm-strong steering!
If this was taking place in medieval times, Stan would've been given the title "enemy of the winch" :-)
I love watching you guys!
You guys are awesome! Love watching your adventures.
Most dengarous off road journey it was.....take my congratulation...
Tough trail, great driving!
one of these days Stan, you are going to be so damn strong from man handling that steering wheel that you are going to twist the frame of the jeep by accident :D
Amazing!💙
Great
grandpa needs to fit power steering to his old jeep. great video.
Super cool boys
Good jeep 👏👏👏👏👍
Stan your videos made my decision on my next jeep. I just got a 48 CJA2 Mixmaster. This thing is so awesome. I love watching your videos. I hope I can wheel as good as you guys one day. It's a long way from IN but I will be bringing it out west and hope to meet you guys on a trail someday. Cheers!
Rick, sorry it took so long to respond to this. Lots of our flat fender friends are from the Midwest. In fact Bam Bam’s home is Illinois. Look us up on the CH2A page. I’m smfulle there and Jeff is Jpet. www.thecj2apage.com/forums/forums.html
Wish I could've taken along for the adventure. Looks like yal had lots of fun. The way yall getting tossed around in the Jeeps I bet yall felt beat up that night and the next day
Bam bam bhole🙏
At the 24:16 mark, things you can say to your buddy while wheeling, but not your wing man in a bar.
@Stan Fuller: Stan, I posted 3 weeks ago on ur last upload asking about a rear locker for my 3A?? My mechanic has not been able to find a Lockright for the Dana 41 with a 10 spline. I searched Morris 4 X 4 in Florida but they've been bought out & have since gotten poor reviews. I got poor reviews on Summit Racing in Ohio also. Where can I look next to get one?
The 10 spline dana 44 and dana 41 Lock Right is exactly the same part. The only difference is the pary number on the box. Order the one for the Dana 44 10 spline from whatever vendor you like. Ive always had good luck with summit.
I've heard that, due to Covid, some vendors are having supply chain problems with all kinds of different parts.

@@Grampas-jeep Thank you Stan. I've got it ordered thru Summit (with a delayed shipping date though).
man! in 11" maybe since 50's that steering box doesn't see any drop of oil... (and connections bars doesn't see any grease since this old jeep leave the factory) lol
the squeaky steering that looks like it needs so much effort.. can't a power steering be installed on it??
Stan why do you not go with power steering ?
Well, several silly reasons. If it had power steering, it wouldn't be what it is now. I like to test myself and my machine as is. Anyone can buy their way up and through stuff, but can I do it with this?
I am a terrible mechanic and fabricator. Power steering would require some of both along with some imagination. I'd rather be driving than figuring out how to rig piwer steering
The stock L134 Go Devil engine is 60 horsepower on it's best day. Any oower robbing devices, like power steering, would make me less capable even if they made me more comfortable.
Love your videos but was just thinking it is not a bad thing to make the task a little easier. I especially love it when you do with ease what most of the fixed up Jeep’s have trouble with.
@@Grampas-jeep I agree on all points. No compromise’s. It must remain true to what a Willy’s is. Or it’s no longer legitimate. An L Head with manual everything is real. Also, like you said, there is no horse power to spare on pumps and the like.
Tyre size 7.50 16?
Tire size on Bam Bam is 7.50 x 16. Tire size on Grampa’s Jeep is 7.00 x 16.
@@Grampas-jeep the tyre size on bam bam 7.50x 16 when you take full turn left or right does the tyre touch the chassis.
I ask questions and never get an answer. I'm thinking it's because of my name
Hi Manuel. I’m sorry if I missed your questions. It was not deliberate. I’m just bad at social media. I’m happy to answer any questions I can. I don’t remember seeing any from you but I don’t remember what I had got breakfast most days.
