Hi, well, I personally started with SQL database administration IT course, which was 8 months long.
Also, I hired a person with real experience in my field in the United States, who helped me get ready for the interviews.
I paid him a little bit for Skype video call training sessions, and I was ready in two months. The nearest future I’m planning to support such training sessions, so if you are interested in getting ready for IT related interviews, please let me know, we can arrange something.

questions vary, I believe your success in passing an IT interview largely depends on who interviews you, however I agree with you: One needs to be prepared before entering job market, especially now when competition is tougher

yep, and knowing how to pass an interview is more important than knowing how to do the job lol. Also, it has something to do with luck, because, as you just mentioned, you got to be lucky to be interviewed by an easy going person). Basically, if the person who interviews you like you on personal level it's going to be easier to get the job.
