Big mistake is to move forward the arm before leaving the arrow.

Yes, but to be fair he rarely does that, but the slo-mo footage I had of him happens to include one of those rare moments

Very interesting watching the flight of the arrows from thumb draw release, thank you! Also interesting the arrow of the bearded archer, with the long and narrow fletching. How does it work?

Thank you very much for your input! Manchu arrows are really heavy and long, and are design to be shot and short-medium distance. Hence, the long fletchings serve to stablise the arrow as soon as possible!

@@solhoibaturu And thank you for the reply! Surely they look so elegant!

Hat guy need a 10# stiffer arrow. Left right deviation of arrow tail leads to loosing kinetic energy after 40-50 meter suddenly and drop is sudden.

Hi and thank you for your input! I will notify the hat guy👍🏻

Hat guy dosent need stiffer arrows, they are plenty stiff enough. Hat man needs to not do a horrible forward loose when someone is filming him in slow motion.

@@scratchyrick increasing humidity will increase the spine number further which might leads to deviation of arrow towards left side and increase weight up 2.5 to 5 %. Hat guy will be frustrated and jealous of the other guys which might hinder his progress. Hat guy can choose his arrows length and spine after old wood and Tonkin bamboo arrow broken.

All very well, but I thought I was going to learn something about the loose. In fact the details of what the fingers and hands are up to during the draw and release are pretty much hidden from view.
So this is just for aficionados who can make clever (or otherwise) observations on these specific archers and their kit. Pity.

Hi, thank you for your input. I think taking some slo-mo clips that can also serve as a sort of visual guideline for those wishing to learn about the release process would be a good idea too👍🏻
