- You've been asking me for years to make some instructional videos so you can learn some whistling tips. So after many requests, I finally put some together. Let me know in the comments what else you'd like to learn.
Sam Nulton is a professional whistler and vocalist in NYC. He was a finalist at the 2016 World Whistling Championships in Tokyo, Japan. He is also the "whistle" of the Toys R Us jingle. When he's not touring with various pro a cappella groups, he fronts a synth pop band called GoodNight the Satellite and makes stupid synth jams in his spare time.
Sam loves to perform and collaborate on various musical musings so hit that subscribe button or go to samnulton.com to send a message. Believe in your dreams!

Thanks! I'm 61 and have been self-training myself for years. I always wondered if I could possibly make money for my efforts.

Anytime!
thats the thing we r looking for
can you make a video on , what kind of tools required by a whistler to record their whistling
good idea.
Haha super! 🤗
I play the chromatic harmonica and the classical guitar, a way to improve my whistling is to... Well, whistle everything I play on the harmonica or guitar :) I dedicate a few minutes after my practice to whistle same songs I played, that helps to improve my pitch, tempo and (sadly not so much) range
I can continuously whistle while breathing out as well as breathing in so it sounds like continuous whistling. I compensate this way for not being able to hold breath adequately long to finish some song line at times. It help me to avoid being out of breath as well. Is it a good practice or not ?
is there any kind of job market for whistling? Or is super competitive and hard to get into? I have Tourette's and repeating noises all the time has developed some wild whistling (and animal noise) skills. It would be cool to be able to use this as a potential side gig for extra income!
