As someone who does a lot of solo work, I expect to add several of these PavoSlims to my kit. The first arrived last week, and the rapid setup is a big help.
Definetly worth considering these panels to my one man show just for simplicity of setup.

I wish I could upgrade to the PavoSlim. I have old CameTV 1x2. The color is good but they are HEAVY. I also have Westcott 1x1 flex lights as well.
The snap softbox and egg crate look real appealing to me.
I'd like to get my hands on the Pavoslim. Better panel lights are much needed.
I'm hoping they make bigger sizes because I'd much rather have this form factor over a lite mat.

Did you hear about the iPhone 15 Pro Max? 10-bit ProRes 422 with Apple LOG; 4K60 to external SSD via USB-C. It’s my next camera. In your opinion how does this change professional lighting and your choice of lighting instruments?

We will still need to deal with windows and contrast and large spaces that need ambience and detail work. Believe me we have worked on sets where a phone was the principal camera and we still needed to empty the truck🙂
