    Hello again, everyone! Today I will be discussing Vince Gironda's seated wrist curl, an exercise that I regard as criminally underrated! I have really been enjoying this movement recently and feel that it is definitely worth sharing and explaining for those interested. Bill Pearl also promoted wrist curls. He went very heavy. He felt they enhanced his ability to curl.

      Yes he did. He also would do spike bending to train his forearms as well.

    Using the tumbs in a "false grip" really bring some extra power, I fell more the forearms.

    There are bigger modern arms but not many BETTER, if any. He definitely was doing something right. Funny because I have just been concentrating on forearms lately.

      So very true and same here! It really helps fill out the arm.

      Sure! I’d really like to acquire (or make!) an 8 inch bench to perform it correctly.

      @@ForgottenFitness Excellent my friend, it would be quite interesting that exercise as an experiment to use the fat gripz

    How would you program forearm volume?

    • @ForgottenFitness
      @ForgottenFitness  Před 2 lety +1

      Just one or two exercises at the end of your arm routine. Same idea with calves. My advice would be don’t overthink it.

      @@ForgottenFitness That's good to know. That's what I've done and it works pretty well. I only asked as I know some people program forearms with biceps

      You definitely could do that as well. 100% up to you. I’d give both a try
