*Heavy Metal is a woman.* Everyone who watches the show knows that today. Like me, *nobody knew it when this video was recorded* because the episodes had not aired and LEGO took care to hide the fact to create an interesting reveal in the show.
The colour scheme and slapdash look reminds me of Nadakhan's sky pirates, and much like said sky pirates, I plan on collecting all the villainous vehicles of this wave!

I was really expecting this vehicle to split into multiple vehicles. It really has the look that shows that stuff should come off of it.

If you also have the Firstbourne set from this wave, the small helicopter from that set fits perfectly in the middle part of the Dieselnaut when the doors are opened. Makes for a cool mobile heli-platform!
I think youâre the first person to discover this. I havenât seen these 2 combined yet. It looks like itâs meant to be placed there as the helicopter is even done in the same style and colourscheme as the Dieselnaut
Tip for anyone that also has the Firstbourne set (70653) from this series: the Hunters' helicopter in that set fits perfectly into the middle section of the Dieselnaut when it's opened. You could use it as a heli-carrier or even a portable heli pad and it looks pretty cool!

I really, really like this wave of Ninjago sets. I'm digging the Mad Max-esque theme/ Dragonrider theme and all of those new weapon pieces make me very happy. That crescent blade piece makes me really want a Moon Knight figure in a Marvel set, fingers crossed. With this theme I think we are getting a bit of a glimpse at what to potentially expect from the LEGO Movie 2 sets.

I LOVE this set, looks like a mad max set
The fact that the treads don't work very well feels almost as if they were designed at the end of the process. Perhaps the designer assumed that the rubber inserts would work like a charm, but when it turned out they didn't work, it was too late in the process to build in a cheater wheel.

Actually, your pronunciation of "kusarigama" sounded pretty spot-on. You even got the Japanese "r" to sound right-- halfway between an English L and R.

I think the teeth in the center section, are simply designed to make the whole back part look like a Dragon's head, with the rotating printed disk forming the eye of that head. I guess they just have to then move out of the way, to provide access to that platform. Also, I agree with some others on this - It looks like the tracked section should separate from the main vehicle, and I'd probably be more inclined to buy, it if that was possible. I know Lego does the separating vehicle thing all the time, but I'm one of those people that loves those - It just feels like you are getting more, when a vehicle separating feature is built-in (to me, at least).
Ninjago Season 9 sets were first released in April in Europe, won't be released until August 1 in the Americas. I bought this set from UK-based IWOOT thanks to this notification at Brickset: brickset.com/article/36458

I really like the armoured train-look of the Dieselnaut. The boiler-like front and mid sections, the progressively larger wheels going backwards, the jail compartment that is almost like a hopper...

I'm not the only person with a table ;) Also, the treads on this set are extraordinarily tightly wound, far more than on most sets that use these exact same tread pieces. Other reviewers have noted this as well.

I like the idea of this set did not appreciate the weapon stand though just because we have gotten them so many times throughout the line and because the weapons are ment to get played with or stored at one place not sprinkled across multiple sets.

Got the parts list and the instructions, I built this in black, grey, and dark brown, now it looks like a vehicle right out of the mad max movie.
Oh my god, thatâs an incredible set. Never really been a huge fan of Ninjago, but Iâll definitely have to check this one out.
Ninjagoâs figure quality is going places, itâs almost Lotr levels of greatness
Those middle white teeth/claws should have been rotated to stick up when the middle section was opened
2:51 I think that dish piece is supposed to represent the battle between the Oni (dark) and the dragon (light).
Also, I seriously expected the Dieselnaut to detach into two separate vehicles.

A shame they didn't use the same wheel trick they've used on sets like the LEGO City Volcano Explorers Volcano Crawler 60122. That mechanism works brilliantly and makes the sets even better.
