Inspired by the Classic Resident Evil (1996) and its Remake (2002). THE KEEPER'S DIARY: A BIOHAZARD STORY is an adaptation of the iconic diary entry of the same name found in the Mansion. It summarizes a Researcher succumbing to a viral outbreak in an underground research facility.
It is time for us to throw our hat into the Ring. Fans have been longing for a faithful adaptation of this media to film, and we now believe the time is right for us to present our proposal to you.

Anakhet Archives has the best journal of the Keepers Diary, was just listening to it when this dropped, go check it out. Also this is crazy to see, especially the original voice actor of the title calls.
20 years later this will not be released and people will be scammed. Don't get me wrong would love to see this but I have seen to many of these traps....

I just pledged $40 to the project. I know that's only 0.001% of the 40k that is needed but that's all I spare at the moment. The added bonus of getting a signed poster from the original CHRIS REDFIELD makes me happy. I hope Charlie decides to start doing conventions at some point. I have more faith in Charlie an Andrew to stay faithful than any other studio has done. If Studios would actually listen to FANS, than casual fans, than we as fans wouldn't be making FAN made films. I Have nothing but faith in Andrew. ROE been good over the years keeping RE alive. Great jobs guys.
I have yet to witness a “faithful” RE movie that I thought was entertaining. Best thing we got was welcome to raccoon city. This project looks good though. At this point, I’ll take anything over those CGI RE movies.

I honestly can't express how amazing this is. I just started playing the seamless HD version of Biohazard and I'm reliving my childhood this week it seems.
It seriously blows my mind that Capcom hasn't made you guys the official channel for all things Resident Evil. I have a feeling that will all change once this comes out. I can't wait!

Beyond excited! I've got a few odd jobs lined up, and I'm gonna dedicate those paydays to this! It's not much, but all the fan content that's been cropping up has brought new love and appreciation from me and countless others! Hollywood has never done us right, so, by fans, for fans is how it should be! I like to think of myself as the "Official" hype man for fan projects, you guys rock!

Fan made stuff are way more faithful than any of the big cash in co operations. Really looking forward to it. It may be a short movie, but a sweet one we know we can treasure because we know the heart was there.

It amazes me beyond words seeing something like this. As someone who has been a huge fan of the original games, especially RE1, I've always wanted to see more than what we got from the base games. As wonderful as they are, there's so much potential for more lore within all of the diaries you read, the characters you run into, the intros that lead up to the plot, telling you what lead the main characters to where they start off in the game. I've always wanted to see how things were before the mansion incident. What happens, events that lead up to that moment. Where the S.T.A.R.S. members were just before and when it all starts, and what happened with the scientists, everyone living and working in the Spencer mansion. Before the past couple years, I thought I was the only one who had these thoughts and desires for the series. I looked at something like the Keeper's Diary as a fascinating journal that tells a story from a single man who works in the mansion, and tells how things turn out for him by his own words, how the T-virus leaks and infects him, slowly taking away his humanity. All without having complete context (which is just brilliant and realistic). I felt that it was something that only me and my siblings enjoyed when we were young, something that I remember now and still enjoy today, and that no one else would even care much about such details. It blows me away and just makes me happy more than I can say that I was wrong. and on top of it, to see people like you guys bringing such a story to life. and even the original cast working to bring it to us. I never thought I'd see anything like it. I appreciate you all so much. I know this is going to be amazing. The fact that others out there share my thoughts and desires, even with wanting to see a story from something so small in the game (but memorable), gives me great confidence in it. I truly hope it gets enough support and can be finished. It truly deserves it!

I've been a fan of RE since I was a teen. RE has inspired me to write my vampire series and now I am starting to write my first horror series inspired by RE which happens before the Hell's Guardian Chronicles and the spin off series The Vampire Society Saga. I will do my best to help support this project as it looks amazing! I hope to one day have my books turned into movies. I'll share the link on my socials. La verdad es que el primer resident evil revoluciono muchisimas cosas en el mundo del horror, es cierto que la camara fija el diseño de la mansion y la tematica zombie fueron prestradas de Alone in The Dark, El resplandor y Night of The Living Dead respectivamente pero detalles como "The Keepers diary" son los que en serio llevaron la historia mas alla, por supuesto tambien se ve la influencia de Bram Stoker en el sentido epistolar (Contar la historia no solo en lo visual si no a modo de cartas y documentos) no hay duda que ha sido un trabajo magnifico el que han realizado y me alegra ver pronto este esperado cortometraje, cuidense mucho y saludos desde El Salvador.
