    Ingredients to cook Lamb Kuzi / Kambing Kuzi
    A:
    Cinnamon
    Clove
    Cardamom
    Start anise
    Bay leave
    B: blend
    Onion
    Garlic
    Ginger
    C: dry roast and blend
    Coriander seeds
    Cumin
    Fennel seeds
    D: blend
    Dried chilli into paste
    E:
    Mutton / lamb
    Tomato
    Screw pine leaf
    Evaporated milk
    Oil
    Ghee
    Salt
    Sugar
    Water
    F:
    Fried onion
    Fried cashew nuts
    Fried raisins
    How to cook lamb Kuzi / kmbing Kuzi
    In a pan heat oil and ghee.. sauté A and slowly stir in B, C, D and screw-pine leaf and cook till oil splits. Lastly stir in tomato, while add lamb / mutton to pressure cooker and transfer this cooked ingredient and water into the pressure cook and cook it till the lamb / mutton tenders.
    Transfer the mutton to a large pan and pour in the evaporated milk, water, salt , sugar and F. Ingredients.
    Cook till the gravy bubbles and off the stove. Don’t cook the gravy till thick consistency as it will get thicken later. Serve this dish with plain rice or flavoured rice. .. check out my easy kind of lamb rice.
