As a 5'6 ballerina (en pointe) when Mia kept mentioning she's standing on her toes, every time she said that I was like "Oh girl, try being on your toes dancing for hours a day!" Tbh I'm glad she didn't wear them for long, its practically the same as wearing pointe shoes- where you need YEARS of training to be able to wear them and not break something! ❤ Very entertaining video Mia, loved it as always! I worked in a club in downtown Chicago for 8 yrs and wore shoes like that 5 days a week for the 8 yrs all night aw work. Not just walking, but sometimes literally RUNNING around bc i was so busy. I’m only 5’ 4” though, so i actually likes it. And I could totally jump into a split and it was like a party joke move, so funny that she even mentioned that... guess Mia hits up the club more then we knew!!!! Lol (meaning more like the type dye ones. The hot pink are more obviously for “show” (pictures, sexy time, etc)

I’m a pole dancer and shoes over 9 inches actually typically come with a warning saying that they are not for walking or dancing and you can seriously injure yourself and it’s only for photos. E.g. those ones that had no heel I believe look like 8 inch so safe I would say
