The Eurofighter fighter Typhoon is amazing. So is the pilot for this demonstration.
Europe should be proud of this jet because it's one of the best jets in the world
Not many jets can compete with the typhoon it just keeps getting better with upgrade but we've got to start looking for a replacement very soon because it's over 20 years old we need to produce more typhoon jets because countries have not got enough of them United kingdom's got a very small fleet we don't have enough of these jets
Oh for sure. The U.S. raptor may be the fastest but this is just something else
I do really hope they'll continue developing that platform and in the next 10-15 years we will see another batch of two of upgrades to that airframe

@@azeQify They have anti-G pants, so partially yes it minimizes G factors. crapy plane and air show flight with no special skills... (Pilot still might be an As of aviation in real mission, this flight does not show it).
All modern jets use computers to keep them in the air and fly by wire what salty point are you trying to make @@vincentvvincent748

I think there are variations that are cabable of thrust vectoring
It was planned and developed for this jet, but got scratched because the EF was introduced in the post Cold War days when western countries wanted to rake in the peace divided.

@@nuckerball1259 thrust vectoring for increased maneuverability was developed by Rockwell and MBB with the X-31. If you look at the X-31 you will find it looks very similar to the Eurofighter, because it is based on the plane MBB proposed for the Eurofighter program.

quite... it's said that the front aspect has quite a low radar cross section and it can go fast without reheat. It's got an up to date radar in the newer tranches with low detectability and you can have IRST - that's a pretty good IR detector - because passive sensors are the best if you want to be sneaky.

I think the Rafale is noticeable more agile and nimble
The rafale weights a little bit less but the power to weight ratio is better on the EF. From what I've seen both are quite agile, but yeah rafale is nothing to joke about.
Rafale is more agile but it doesn't really mean anything in a real life scenario. I do like how powerful and menacing the Typhoon is (I'm French so I'm not biased with the Typhoon)

There is nothing menacing about the typhoon. The F22 and mirage 2000 are menacing
I thought the Typhoon flying display seemed somewhat sedate after watching the F-35. Plus, it is not the least bit stealthy.
It's more a philosophy thing if it makes sense. The way those solo display are done in the US is very different than "us" in Europe. We do like having the jet "slow" and close to us, showing high AoA stuff. The American way is to be super fast and loud, but further away from the people on the ground. I like both ways, but the F35 solo Display was really cool for sure.
I think it's also the way the Typhoon's solo display is filmed here? Doesn't really make it justice I'd say
Typhoon display was totally an acrobatic fly 100% from start to finish,that plane did not stop making loops and cool things for a second. Very different display,F-35 pilot did more or less a normal show,going fast and pulling some Gs.

The Rafale is so good only the arabs wanted to buy it
Ces deux avions n'ont absolument rien à voir niveau rôle en combat, le Rafale est un chasseur multirôles alors que le Typhoon est orienté vers de la pure supériorité aérienne.
La seule chose qui les rapproche est le fait que ce sont des delta avec canard.
J'ai beau aimer le rafale, là ca revient à comparer une voiture préparée WRC avec une préparée GT... Donc quand on ne s'y connais pas, on s'abstient de parler.
le typhoon a fait ces preuves en Lybie pour la partie CAS, il est meilleur en BVR que le rafale avec ces 2X9Kt poussée qui donnent une vitesse et un service ceiling plus élevés. Moi perso si je devais en choisir un c'est l'eurofighter

Certains oublient que le Rafale A était un avion plutôt moyen, uniquement capable de faire de l'Air Air (et moins bien qu'un Eurofighter). Certes avec les années il s'est perfectionné, (il a bien fallu 15 ans quand même) mais l'Eurofighter Tranche 4 n'aura rien d'une blague non plus.
Mais vous êtes pas fatigués de tous poster la même merde sous les vidéos de l'Eurofighter ? Complexe d'infériorité ?

Post stall manoeuvring in combat is when you get shot down. Just because you saw a cobra once and it looked cool doesn't make it viable where it matters..

Disagree. I think it's beautiful to see, but I have to admit that I couldn't care less about PSM (and we know the Typhoon can do that anyway)
