    Lyrics: earache.com/lyrics
“'The Generation Of Danger' is a concept album about a genius scientist who gets fed up with being swept under the rug. After the multi-billion-dollar corporation that employs him takes credit for his latest, award-winning invention, he snaps and retaliates against them by forcing them to take part in the greatest experiment the world of science has ever seen.”
Tallah's cruelly ferocious new album 'The Generation Of Danger', due for release on 18 November 2022 via Earache Records and recorded once more with producer Josh Schroeder at Random Awesome Studio, will only serve to extend their fascinatingly dark nu-core metal further into the metal community, continuing to build the beast Tallah have created and set loose.
Max Portnoy says of the new album: “'The Generation Of Danger' is a new era for Tallah’s music. We’ve gotten overall heavier with this album, while tapping into elements that we’ve never experimented with before. There’s a lot of new sounds and songwriting here to showcase what else we can do without sacrificing the heaviness or core sound that we established with 'Matriphagy'.”
Justin continues: “'The Generation Of Danger' is a completely new and fresh concept for us, both lyrically and instrumentally. We wanted to take what made 'Matriphagy' so good and jack it up to 150%. The tracks are monstrous, daunting, and the story the music tells dives into the idea of people hiding what they truly desire until someone else comes along and forces it to surface."
With 'The Generation Of Danger', Tallah have opened up the doors to a highly detailed dystopian world for fans to explore and piece together. The first single and video taken from the album, “Telescope”, serves as the stepping-off point into this world - fans are highly encouraged to pay attention to every detail.
As with 'Matriphagy', 'The Generation Of Danger' offers fans more than just an album of pioneering nu-core metal. Whilst it will most certainly be lauded for Justin's acclaimed aptitude for embodying numerous characters and emotions in his outstanding vocal shape-shifting, celebrated for its breathtakingly turbulent dynamics and exemplified for the way it melds the ever-blossoming ingenuity of Tallah's intrepid musicians, 'The Generation Of Danger' will reward those who delve deeper into the album and its supplementary content.

Man, this is a trip and a half. So happy to see new Tallah, and it's nice to be once again pleasantly surprised by the result. Y'all have continued to make every single song so recognizable as Tallah, and yet so distinct from the others, and I will be listening to this a lot in the coming weeks leading up to more singles, and months leading up to the album. It's not unusual for a band to have a lot of range and variety, but what's different about Tallah is that it seems like every single piece of music has a totally unique identity and shape. Hope that makes sense. I'd expect nothing less from the damn virtuoso that is, Justin Bonitz, and anyone he works with. The concept sounds really cool to me, should be a lot of fun. Regarding the song, I need to listen more to process everything, but I'll comment on certain elements now, crazy pacing, just an onslaught of fast pummeling sound and then a few dips into slightly slammy or breakdown territory, before picking right back up. Felt like some sort of violent Tallah style joyride. Also that chorus is really neat. Definitely adds another element to the song, makes it feel like a more complete piece. Not sure if anyone else hears it, but very subtle Hungry Lights vibes from the chorus. Excited to see what else y'all have cooked up for this album, I know it's just gonna get more wild, and more heavy from here.

Doesn’t seem like there anywhere to go in terms of quality but up for you guys. If Matriphagy was the gold standard, this single seems to promise something the likes of a plat. So good. Always liked the rap verses in tracks off the former album, and it was so cool to see it amped up here, along with the overall heaviness. The beginning hit like a sledgehammer to the face on the first listen, all in a good way, and the chorus wrapped it up across the middle in a nice little package, only to have that drop into that sick as hell section towards the end. The drumwork was impeccably chaotic as always, the vocals were top-tier manic, and the riffs were badass. Undeniably, inexplicably Tallah. And, because it can’t be said enough, so good.
The game, too, was such a creative way to bring the lore to the forefront, as well as keep us on our toes for what’s to come. The new theme had already piqued my interest by the time the first post on IG showed up pointing to it, since the potential with it was huge. With Matriphagy setting an awesomely dark precedent, science’s inherently detached nature making an appearance, and the talent of this whole band combined - well, there is no way that isn’t cool.
I’m running out of adjectives, not that I used many. Spectacular. Fantastic. So fucking good that it would be a crime not to play this track (and the album when it gets here) 50 times the same day. You name it. Thank you.

I’m hooked. This might be my favorite Tallah song…and y’all have been one of my favorite bands of all time since the EP… I didn’t think ANYTHING could top Matriphagy… Then you go and do this?! Soooo good. I lost count of how many times I’ve listened in one day. That chorus is insane. One of the greatest pieces of music I’ve ever heard…and I am a connoisseur of music LOL. Love you guys.

I'm not very into metal scene since most of them sounds same to me but in pandemic time, i dig into metal more and i discovered both old and new metal bands.
Especially i liked the new ideas, new sounds from new bands, mostly they are experimental/avant-garde metal bands.
I discovered Igorrr, Diablo Swing Orchestra, Unexpect, The Hirsch Effekt, Polyphia and many other musicans i can't remember now.
Now i added you my list of brand new metal, you guys are definitely new, fresh and good!
Congrats on you, i'm following and supporting you from now.
