He thought Antony is with 80million, he thought he didn’t need a decent balanced midfielder, he replaced the best goalkeeper for a garbage one who only saves shots straight at him. Every situation is different and if your telling me people would have chose Ferguson from Aberdeen these days you’d be having a laugh. The manager decision needs to be chosen by a proper recruitment team not dumb fans.

Nonsense about Spurs not being affected by injuries, Maddison was their best player until he got injured and has been terrible since coming back, same with Bentancur. At some point Spurs had to play 4 full backs because they had no center backs left.
Spurs are way closer to being full strength compared to us. Only major absentees atm are udogie and davies at lb but we've literally been rotating between awb, lindelof, dalot and amrabat in that position for the majority of the season anyway. Timo werner has only just picked up an injury and even then they still have son, richarlison, kulu, johnson and gil. Apart from that, everywhere else on the pitch they have options.
Also their recent poor run of form hasn't primarily been down to their injuries anyway, their style of play has exposed them defensively on the counter as well as on set pieces

The problem is that you're hyperfocusing on one aspect of a collective and broad fundamental issue with Manchester United, ever since Alex Ferguson. I truly can't understand how you and other fans can't see what has happened and is still happening in this club to this date. Either you're just naive and don't care, or, you just fail to see what the fundamental issue is. What is happening with ETH right now isn't something uniquely new, but, is something that have recurred and has been recreated in under every manager that have led Manchester United since Ferguson.... I'm not going to list everything fundamentally wrong here for you now, I'm just saying, you CAN'T just take one piece from THE WHOLE and say that the person you criticize to be wrong - You HAVE TO look at the whole to understand the Pieces. If you'd be watching Goldbridge on a regular basis, You'd understand what he's meaning with this statement, because he's trying to give an understanding of the WHOLE, with higligting some of the pieces. This is something many people doesn't understand - they look at the pieces - and can't put them together...... I'm actuallly worried for Manchester United's future, when you can't see the flaw of you're own comment - in of itself, it's a valid point - but not in the greater picture of what the issue is. I think Goldbridge is struggling to get this understanding through to the people watching the shows - either they troll, are to young to understand, to naive, or just don't care. We all know the structure at this club has ruined managers , but it also have the same effect on the players. Most of the players when they leave here careers gets better. But we have also recruited bad managers in the past as well. If you watch 10hag at Ajax, he never really rotated his players so did Ole. We have a big squad and they need rotating, 10hag has to learn this too if he's to stay and be successful or next season the injury list will be just a long again.

I'm quite sure Chelsea only missed Reece James most of the season but never had anything near an injury crisis like United had. Also their reserves are much better than United's on paper and they have the most expensive midfield in England as far as I know. So don't compare United to Chelsea - not the same at all! Newcastle is another story - they probably had as many injuries as United.

Your argument about getting rid of players doesn't hold water. Olease look at the players still on contract after 30 June this year. For those still on contract they WIL NOT LEAVE. United can't make them leave ala maguire and mctomaty last year. Why would they leave the highest paid wages team around. ETH doesn’t give me a good amount of hope for a future project. Klopp and Arteta improved their sides by spending way less money, and even when things were bad you could see their style of play from day one all the time. With ETH I have seen no real style of play that’s exciting, he leaves the midfield too open and makes the team concede too many shots. Not to mention that he does nothing to solve the selfish winger issue.
