In this video I go over a few options plays I made at the end of last week, that landed me over $500 to start off the current week! I placed options contracts including purchasing Tesla (TSLA) $260 7/19 Calls, and also Celsius (CELH) $60 7/19 Calls! In the video I give a quick analysis as to why I took these trades and also other plays I made on the account since the last video. It feels good to be growing the RobinHood trading portfolio but I can't get too excited... this account needs to hit one million dollars one day and this is just the beginning!

a question: do you know why tesla actually went up today? Because if truly your only reason was that Friday was a red day than you need to be careful, given that you bought options right before a major EV car delivery reports for Q2 are announced. You got lucky, congrats but that was very dangerous.
As for Maplebear, the last two quarters they were barely profitable, and they made a substantial loss in 2023. The asset/liabilities ratio is looking fine, so i doubt that the company is gonna go under any time soon, but i would still recommend to be careful, given that the delivery market is very competitive.
I've been looking at Tesla for a while now but this was definitely an intuition trade. I was unaware of the delivery report, is there a website that would have useful information like that?
And yeah I checked out Maplebear on Yahoo Finance and saw what you mentioned here. I'm still in the trade for now but I'm considering what my next steps should be. Thank you for sticking around the channel I appreciate you!
@@TKOWEALTH Given that im European I use a different broker, called trading 212. I get a news feed there that shows whenever something like that is about to roll out. Another good move is to check out the investors relation page of a company that you are about to invest in. These things get announced in advance so then you will know for sure.
As for a trade that might be worth it, Qualcomm. Given its breakthrough into the consumer laptop space now, it would be a very good hold, but my estimate would be that you would need to hold for at least 1-3 months
@@TKOWEALTHoh boy you didn’t know delivery numbers were coming out this week and you swung calls. Fuck me. Plus you are way over leveraged. You have a 4k account with four hundred dollar risk! You should risk around 1-2 percent of your account per trade. Unfortunately I can see your account blowing up in the future

@bret Awww man hopefully it doesn’t blow up! Definitely was a risky trade, looking to add more to my account balance so I can take on more risk. I’ve been trying to control risk by exiting trades early but I do need to risk less % overall
