- In this video I show 20 Insane details in Red Dead Redemption 2 Part-9 made and edited by me (GameBest) for this video I spent about 5 days looking for details in the game
Red Dead Redemption 2 is an action-adventure third-person shooter video game developed by Rockstar Studios and published by Rockstar Games.
Timing:
0:00 - Beard has physics
0:17 - Arthur draws the landmark better than John
0:45 - Shooting a barrel with booze will make the booze flow out
1:14 - The clock in the game matches the clock in the menu
1:32 - NPC Hammers a nail
2:08 - Rabbit climbed into the hollow of a tree
2:33 - Dog protecting owner
2:54 - Lightning strikes (which can strike anywhere)
3:19 - You can see bullet wounds when skinning an animal
3:44 - Arrows rolled over the mountainside
4:15 - Icicles and they can be broken
4:39 - There is no power line in Strawberry, only oil lamps are lit and not electric
5:13 - Explosions in the water can knock down NPCs on the boat
5:47 - When you hold a weapon in front of passers-by, they will also take up arms for safety
6:16 - You can spin guns when putting them away
6:35 - NPC can break the rope and get out
7:05 - Rainpipes actually work after it has rained
7:23 - People can still shoot at you when they're caught in your lasso but not hogtied yet
7:44 - If there is a bounty on your head, bounty hunters will come after you
8:35 - Bringing lawmen/enemies to camp will make the screen fade to black and you'll spawn back in camp. Dutch will then proceed to scold you for being stupid

@@danzen6246 Apparently in won public opinion, but the voting was done by game publications, and they seemed to agree rdr2 was superior but flipped it for some reason last minute.
It'll be 5 more years at LEAST. Until anyone comes close. Sadly, nobody has the time and money that Rockstar does

This game has been made with pure dedication and love. They have made incredible details to even the smallest thing lots of players never recognize. But all of these details makes this game one of a kind. Immersion in this game is amazing, it feels like you actually live in that world. Even randomly wandering around is fun and you can never know what you might encounter. I don't think we'll see this level of insane details in any other game for a long time.

I can’t shoot the possums when they play dead.
Plus I went to shoot a rabbit and it was shivering hiding in the bush. So realistic. I couldn’t do it.
2:54, the lighting is also a Back To The Future Easter egg. The lighting will strike at exactly 10:04 pm which is the exact same time light stuck the clocktower in the movie
It's an absolute masterpiece, The whole team deserves awards.
The attention to detail is another mini game in itself, You can spend hours and hours admiring it and always find another small detail.

Well it requires a beefy computer and a huge amount of download so it's understandable that a lot of people can't afford it

7:03 not only do rainpipes work, after it's done raining the water will run off of buildings and even Arthurs hat. RDR2 is a gem. I prefer to have RDR3 rather than GTA6 any day.

@@DinaricUbermensch show me how RDR2 gameplay is "generic", for something to be "generic" it has to be widely used in many games before it and it has to be from other developer studio, named me 5 games with the same type of gameplay that wasn't from Rockstar games and also come out before the rdr franchise.
@@socialreject2156 the shooting in this game is just like cod, keep pressing RT to shoot, interacting with npcs is just like witcher 3, on rails mission design since GTA 3, world is empty with very little side quests etc.

The game might be different to previous R* games, but I feel like some people are acting like Dan leaving is the be all end all for GTA VI's quality, which I think is a massive discredit to all the wonderful other people who work at Rockstar that contribute just as much, such as Michael Unsworth and Rupert Humphries who co-wrote all of Rockstar's modern titles with Dan and are still at Rockstar, with Michael Unsworth taking up the position of 'Writing Director' at Rockstar Games.
@@nonaborhan7269 Dan was on a podcast last year talking about his writing inspirations Im Not sure if the chracters will be as fleashed out. The comedy is also a big factor.
@@John-996 But that's what I was saying, Dan didn't write those games by himself there was a whole team, lead by him, Michael Unsworth, and Rupert Humphries who wrote some of Rockstars best titles. So while the writing itself might have a slightly different toon, it doesn't mean the characters won't be fleased out or the humor won't be good. Am in no way saying that it will definitely be great, but I feel like the people who say that are almost claiming that Dan Houser was the only one who could possibly write compelling characters or humor or plot, etc.

One thing you should've added with the bounty hunter thing is that if you keep a campfire going too long, the hunters will spot it
To this day RDR2 is the only game to ever make me tear up. By far one of the best games I’ve ever played in my entire life.
This game feels so natural and realistic that’s it’s hard to notice these details due to it being so natural and not out of place
also (coming from an artist for over a decade) the way john draws isn't necessarily bad, he gets the basic shape down and conveys the location pretty dang well for someone of his skill level, its just not as detailed, so dont let urself think that those kinds of drawings are bad (bc they are not and in fact are an incredible way to lay a foundation for urself and build ur art style off of that)

Количество мелких деталей не делает игру шедевром.Сюжет в ней очень затянут и в принципе не ахти.Экономика убита тем что ближе к середине истории у игрока уже будет весь мир в кармане.Ну а самая приятная часть,пресловутый мать его экшен,просто аркада.Любая перестрелка-замедление времени и несколько нажатий мышкой.Лично я,пройдя игру до конца,несмотря на все удивительные детали так её и не "заценил" и до сих пор не понимаю,почему все от неё так фанатеют.Людям наверное нравится часами изучать яйца своего коня или следить за жизнью npc, иначе сложно представить себе,от чего весь хайп вокруг игры.Это все конечно субъективное мнение,на вкус и цвет все фломастеры разные.Лично я намного больше люблю игры с коротким,но динамичным и интересным сюжетом и проработанным геймплеем,от которого не начинает клонить в сон на втором часу.Нет,я имею в виду не какие-то низкосортные шутаны вроде Call of duty.За все время мои самые любимые игры-трилогия Bioshock и трилогия-перезапуск Tomb raider.Bioshock infinite-вот это настоящий шедевр,который совмещает в себе красивый и динамичный экшен и довольно философский и просто очень интересный сюжет.Вот эта игра однозначно сделана с душой и достойна экранизации

@@redmoon799 Ну а меня начало тошнить от однообразия,скучных диалогов и бесконечных поездок на лошади из пункта А в пункт Б в РДР2 уже начиная с середины игры.До сих пор не имею и капли понятия,почему все так балдеют и кайфуют от неё.И кстати,ты даже не смог правильно произнести название...Даже спрашивать не стану, что ты там нашел однообразного в Tomb raider.Для справки,я имею в виду ремейк 2013 года

Currently- I found *1121* details in *RDR2* and *still finding*
*553* details in *GTA 5* and *still finding*
*507* details in *RDR1* and *still finding*
And *127* details in *GTA 4* and cannot find more in GTA 4 because I couldn't find any detail last 9 months, I tried to find but details are overall limited to 127 in GTA 4

After saving sean at the party if you sing with the gang and walk away go into the shaving kit arthur will do some funny animations
I’ve played this game for four years and I never once discovered that if you lead bounty hunters to the camp, any gang members who are guarding the camp will actually kill the bounty hunters.
You can also have them come with you if you kill yourself with dynamite and camped immediately, it's random whoever comes with you. It could be Micah and Hosea or Sean and Bill.

The story is too long and being a prequel means you know exactly why John doesn't even mention Arthur in the next game and they took the easy way out to explain it which is basically killing the character i am not saying that the story is bad but not as good as everyone prasie it to be .... It took me 4 months to 100% the game and i never felt any emotion about Arthur because at that point my primary focus was complete the game so i can move to my other games (7/10)
The gameplay is not much different from its predecessor or gta 5 but overall has better controls and interactivity which is a success if you ask me (8/10)
Animals and people behave very realistically and have a very advanced ai which is also another+ (10/10)
Overall the game is an 9/10 but it definitely need some revamp in some area like story and close quaters combat which would have been achieved had they taken enough time to focus more on game rather than details (the details are impressive but not more important than game itself)
I disagree with story, it’s about 40-80hours of playtime to complete, depending on if u do side content or not. The main story line isn’t filled with irrelevant clutter either
It sounds like you have a time management problem more than anything to which playing any rich story game (e.g. TWD, Ghost of Tsushima, the Witcher 3-all have roughly same amount of content) would be difficult for you.
The game is a prequel, however was designed to be played as a stand-alone. RDR2 does a godly job at filling in the tiny lore gaps within rdr(keep in mind rdr2 was made after meaning the first game will not integrate it perfectly) . Whether or not this felt cheap to you is def more personal preference.
For those that played the first, there are neat Easter eggs/lore that fills in the gaps, with a touching sacrificial ending as a callback to the first game
For those that didn’t play the first, you get a massive completely unique story rich standalone experience

Bounty hunters coming after you when you have a bounty isn’t much of a detail
NPC hammers a nail absolutely blew my mind, not joking. Each hammer strike sounds slightly different and the sound of the finishing hammer strike, when the head of the nail hits the rail sounds completely different than the other strikes.

The cool thing about shooting barrels/containers of water is that it will only drain down to the water level of where the bullet hole is. If you shoot it again lower it will drain more down to that level.
