Great show guys as this really pinpoints a historically terrible problem for United - THE CLUB DOES NOT UNDERSTAND BASIC PSYCHOLOGY AND MAN MANAGEMENT. We have always been poor at managing different personalities, and this goes back to Fergie's time and he does not get a pass for it as he wasted hugely talented players with his one size fits all, selective man management.
