Why can’t you slide the back mount forward on the scope tube?
I shouldered this one at the shooting show and it just felt right. Very light. Its on my list.
Is it that difficult to move a scope mount?
I do like the look of the walnut stock version of this. Will you be getting the pro version stock in as well? Any prices on that?

What's the accuracy like mate and what's the best pellet in your opinion group wise
@owenkearns7178 accuracy is as you'd expect from an FX , mine doesn't like slugs at all but upto now has a very slight preference for JSB 8.4 pellets.

Trying to find out what bipod they are using, Does anyone know?
The only problem I am having with the FX Dreamline gun is the magazine, the small screw in the back, has come off two times, not very good for a £1150 gun.

HW 100 and 110 are too long, and not enough power. DRS for the win. Its a no brainer.

How about 40 + ftl bs with light slugs on the latest hw100, I have one and it's so good I sold all my rimfires!
You couldn't pry my fac hw100 from my hands,they are even today light years away,from any other gun in their price range!
I have the latest hw100 in 37ftlb with light pellets or 40+ ft lb with 21 gr slugs
It's so good I sold my rimfires, nothing can touch them for the money!
I have seen one limted pcp almost same with this Drs fx.. ❤

Unique, I mean sure, if you ignore the Artemis M30 that came first. Yes, its got more features, but it should at the price. Even the panthera shares design cues with the M18

I wanted to ask you a question, i have brought this gun and noticed when you tip it forwards and backwards while its not cocked, it appears something is moving around inside like some sort clanging noise, that said when you cock the rifle and then tip it forwards and backwards the moving part or clanging noise stops,
What is noise/ moving part...
Is the plenum??

Other FX guns do this - something to do with hammer parts
The noise is the free flouting hammer. FX do not pre-tension their hammer which helps reduce unnecessary air used during the firing cycle I.e.hammer bounce.
Phew!!!! I thiught my gun was faulty,,,,
Gun is fab, although after zeroing it today after the 2nd fill up on the mag with pellets after 5 shot the mag got stuck and did not cycle through.
I saw that the spring tension when rotating to load up with pellets was no movement hence it was not indexing, any ideas why, its a brand new gun and mini mag?
Would prefer the larger magazine anyway, with some higher mounts, no problem. A nice looking piece of kit, just deciding if I like it enough to sell my S510. Great video.
It's a good looking rifke but wow debating getting rid of a 510 for one of these your mad that accuracy is poor
@@silverback710 you should never judge off 1st glance as the guy obviously isnt the best shot hes not bad but i wouldn't base my standards off him\them as a base point.
@libraz3384 whilst your right in an every day or regular setting these guys are an rfd and surely out of anyone you'd imagine with the reviews these guys do and on allot of them they're quite good shots..so in that respect you can judge it

I was interested in this in the Drs but the mags put me off , I ended up getting a Brocock, I’ll wait to see what people say after owning one for 12 months
I have had problems with the mag on the FX Dreamline, it's fallen apart two times and is not very well made. 😁
How you two are still in business, I do not know. 🤷🏼
If I missed it I appologise but did you actually give the range, I was going to buy one but the accuracy seems appalling hence distance is crucial, terrible scope work around when you could have slipped the mount forward on the scope, to be honest boys nothing personell but the whole video was pretty shocking, so one of you saw the walnut version but did not tell us what it was like! Just repeating the same things over and over again does not a video make!

Accuracy wise and yes understandably your both not olympic shooters...but youll get similar to that with the vought or old artemis that has the same type of system l...seems like your paying for the badge with this one
This seems to me to esentially be a prototype (which Ive heard FX do - get the punters to put them through their paces before proper R&D & testing done in house). Lots of nice ideas here - and good looking gun, but definately too short in the shoulder end of the stock, too light, too (unnecessarillry) loud withoug a moderator, and as you said, rushed out to get the sales targets. I'm sticking with HW100 & S510T (which is regulated).. And how much extra for the wood?😄😄 Naa.
A fairer comparison might be the HW110, rather than HW100. Good review though!
No comparison really, the German guns are so much better, ie flush fit one piece all metal magazines, propper hw barrels, quick change air cylinders,excellent anti double loading,easy hammer spring adjustment ,oh and parts available everywhere cheaper!
FX trigger is the most stupid design trigger I've ever witnessed on airgun industry. No FX products can compete with German quality and engineering of HW100/110.

FX started with that term entry level. Well that gun would definitely boundary level wouldn’t it and you’re not saying that. But there is no entry level because you can buy a $200 demon chief and it will shoot Tyler groups at 100 yards than any FX gun.
It can't possibly change point of aim , surely people don't think the air pressure squashes the barrel
Mybe not squash but move it,as the barrel is really a thin alloy tube,that wouldn't take much to nudge it!
Shot count uk is .23..is 160....177. Around 120..according to fx

When fx offer flush fitting,one piece all metal magazines,with anti double load,like on the sublime weihrauch hw100, then you just might prize my awesome 37ftlb weihrauch hw100 from my cold dead hands😂
The Chinese brought us barrel through air cylinder years ago😂
Bate out of London and others have made barrel reservoir airguns since the 1700's. This is certainly not a new concept!!
All well and good until the accuracy test, terrible for the range. And also when you get to the range or permission and it doesn't work like all FX.
Hmm not sure,I applaud different designs but apart from looks,which is subjective,I can’t see the benefit of having the cylinder around the barrel,it provides no sound suppression either.Maybe I’m missing something,but air rifle innovation seems to have dried up of late?

I think air rifle innovation has dried up because they have no where to go. As long as we are sub 12 in the UK, nowhere to go, can’t innovate barrels, pellets or anything else.
Gone as far as they can go with sub 12, only thing left to do is just keep launching limited editions, special editions, big air receivers, small air receivers. We can’t even fire a slug with sub 12.

@@Kralk.66I know what you mean, but we're not actually limited to sub 12 in the UK, although there's a very limited market for FAC air rifles.
Question is, after nearly 250 years of development since Girandoni, how much further can we innovate? (Well, only HW seem to be able to make a robust magazine that doesn't look like it came in a Kinder egg, so plenty of scope there).
JTS makes a better gun than that same style better stock stronger gun just very well-made. $549 three-year unlimited warranty
Best in class? Well I love the gun on looks, BUT best in class? Better than the Dreamliner classic? Really?
The dreamline easier to service,easier to alter the internals and change,better shot count,dosnt float around,and more importantly scope fixing is better and all for less than £100 difference, lastly if we compare your previous.22 guns videos I’m a bit disappointed in the grouping on this gun….i for one hope you DO Revisit this gun at a later date, I so want this gun but I’ve seen nothing that says this gun is better than the dreamline classic.

Love how it looks but not sure about it’s accuracy FX tend to be overpriced and overrated seen better groups from guns half the price namely Kral and Reximex

Shit accuracy, I had the crown when it came out after all the hype and got rid after 2 weeks and bought a BSA R10 Mk2 that shot way better and pin point accuracy less money

@@brostelio No, have heard some FX out of the box have been dogs. Watch sub 12 airguner, he had a Panthera that was rubbish & shot all over the place. He done a lot of work on it to get it right, most of us can't do that.
@kevinparker461 That is of course absolutely unacceptable at the price range, particularly in a world where the humble S400 or HW100 can dominate in most endeavours. But my satisfaction with FX (other than a mk1 Widcat about 15 years ago which I couldn't get right) would cause me to caution against writing them off. They are generally extraordinary and in particular the Crown and Impact are capable of much more than the shooter is.
@@brostelio I not writing them off, i think they are one of the best air rifles available, better than the Daystate & i have 2 of them. My old BSA S10 & Steyr Hunting 5 are better than Daystate .. still, most are!

Artemis M30 has been around at least 5yrs.....
Why pick this over say a tried and tested hw100, that is built like a tank,will last a lifetime and not leak all its air!
look its a cheaper fx,more than likely built cheaply (probably in china) to shift more units!
Best in class? This rifle is not quite in the same class as anything else (for me it's a quality sub £1000 pest control tool). I like the look of this. Only trouble is, it's too long with a mod and nowhere to attach anything like slings or bipod. Shame.
No fill hole plug,no manual, wrong magazines, yep looks like a china gun!

Get real! Its actually £374 LESS, for the synthetic version!
It's a £149 extra for the first walnut version .
It's a lot of walnut and that price you quote is the Grade 2. So it's pretty premium. If u want the lesser grade walnut it's a like an extra 20%. Not a big deal really when it's only £730 to start with.

We do say in the introduction to the studio video that it is 25m measured so apologies for not stating this. As this is the standard power DRS is is the 500mm barrel as that's the only one available. I'm not sure if we mention it but we show the Air Arms Diabolo Field pellets which are 16gr
