This is great! That being said, I’m not going to have a whole platoon of guys, mortars, or machine guns in Minecraft. The best I can really hope for is maybe 3-4 combat effective dudes, a handful of old fat guys, and a couple of scared teenagers. At most. With like 6 years of combined military experience between them. Even so, this knowledge is invaluable, because knowing the right way to do things gives us a foundation to start from to figure out how to make it work with limitations (and to know what our limitations are).

You might be an expert in organized infantry tactics, but your tactics fall apart when they aren’t supported by a full platoon of trained infantry dudes who are properly equipped and know how to do their jobs and communicate. “In Minecraft” assumes that you aren’t doing government sanctioned activities with full disposal of taxpayer resources. “In Minecraft” suggests that guerrilla tactics are needed, not infantry tactics. So yeah, like I said before, this information is incredibly useful to have a foundation of understanding how these tactics work under ideal circumstances, so you can figure out what you need to change to accommodate your disadvantages. But if you think you’ve broadened your community to the point that you are controlling a platoon of well trained, well equipped dudes “in Minecraft” then you are delusional.

I had one guy tell me the group he has didn’t want to be on CZcams for opsec purposes, these dudes are fruit cakes and out of touch with the sane world 😂 juts just like bear independent claiming he had a whole community and motor pool setup for shtf. What prepared guy is conducting a raid in shtf to begin with lol? Your priority is defending your house and family where all the stuff is that you have to keep you alive during the event.
If time permits, make a sand table and take the team through your raid plan on the sand table. Then, do rehearsals. Rehearsals should be in a crawl, walk, run format. Don’t forget to do an equipment check before crossing moving to the patrol base. If you have indirect fire assets, double check your indirect fire plan and TRPs or target reference points.
👀 keep a can of cold brew in my chest rig for minecraft ofcourse a ranger once told me when you look at people from behind look at their waste line not the head/ shoulders "they can feel you looking at them" is what he was taught.

Brother, you should make another raid video that focuses on SUT raids, tailored toward what the average squard away group will have available. Mortor teams and 30 plus men on the objective is not doable for most groups. I have a good group of people in support roles and special activity/fighting roles, all of us having experience. I realize this is more capability than the average group, and that being said, I cannot pull this firepower together atm. I'm also well aware that c/k, SSE type raids can be successfully carried out with a small unit. Instead of big Army, think agency operation consisting of officers (employees) and contractors, conducting this type of raid outside of an active war zone. So, assets you would have in Afghanistan or Iraq, aren't available and not feasible to bring on. I don't know your whole background, so this might fall a little outside of your wheelhouse, but you have all the pieces of knowledge to make it work. If you want to do this, I think your audience would greatly appreciate and benefit from it. In the big picture, if they benefit from it, I sort of do as well. Take care, dude.

Soldiering is a profession like any other. But the price for being shit at ypur job means you and/or others dont go home at the end of the day. I would appreciate your insight on how one might train these various rypes of operations. I have some ideas but advice from someone with more experience would help

now days if you can get your team to follow a guard duty roster, use a radio properly and safely handle a firearm you are way ahead of everybody.
