Hello, everybody! Sorry for making you wait for this episode, I couldn't stay up last night, and I wanted to make this video as good as I can.
Adventure Time means a lot to me. It was actually a pretty big part of my life now that I'm really thinking about it.
This show also meant something to a lot of people too.
This finale hit hard even for those who haven't been keeping up.
Adventure Time has been going on for a long time, but everyone knows what it is.
Throughout these past 8 years, Adventure Time has snuck its way SOMEWHERE into our lives.
Even if it's just a little, it was there.
And I think that's why this ending hit so hard for a lot of people.

She came back to the show to write its final song
I had figured that after watching it, that's like the only explanation why that song was able to completely incapacitate me with emotions during that scene.
And I checked afterwards, and she did indeed write it. And she even performed it at a comic con.

Felt like a Steven Universe moment when they all harmonized
I know it’s been 4 years and nobody’s probably gonna see this but, Adventure Time has that certain vibe to it, it can make you feel any emotion. Even one you haven’t felt before, the creators of Adventure Time did an incredible job capturing that one feeling that no one could describe and made it into a show. Shows now could never replicate what Adventure Time did. I remember first watching adventure time when I was 9, it had me on edge what the next episode was gonna be about. The ending genuinely made me cry wich cartoons can’t usually do, but it took me a while to realize Adventure Time wasn’t just a cartoon. It was a whole different world, A world I bet a lot of people would enjoy being in. Adventure Time to me was the best animated show to ever cross my eyes, and that will never change. I remember hearing that song for the last time and I will forever remember it. Because after 4 years I still sing it, We’ve all said out goodbyes to adventure time. Just wanted to say mind after 4 years, Goodbye Adventure time.

whats hilarious is this episode finished voice overs back in january 2018 so the infinity war reference is entirely coincidental
My only disappointment was that we never got a fully developed romance between Finn and Huntress Wizard.
Pretty sure the biz with Fern messed him up too much to have a normal romance. He could have just kept all of his friends, including HW, Jake, Marcy, etc, and just lived a solo life romantically.

Dude, I can't believe it's over, and literally, some of my friends recorded themselves watching the finale, and they started crying ( mostly at the part with Marceline and Bubblegum) like wow. I didn't cry, but, I feel like I have this heavy feeling in my heart now, like, this was the cartoon that started the Cartoon Renaissance of the 2010s and now.....it's over.
We'll never forget about you Adventure Time.

I think the bunny and princess in this episode are Finn and Jake reincarnated which makes the bunny wielding the finn sword more impactful.
Maybe the other isn't Jake reincarnated but simply a descendant.

Jake and Finn are actually reincarnated. The only being we see in the intro that is related by blood to jake is the white dog shooting pink bolts at the Ice Thing. That's charlie's child.

I remember being 9 when this show came out and I remember the beginning trailers of the show. I remember always trying to watch a new episode each week with my brother as we both greatly enjoyed the show. I loved it a lot and began finding the internet about it's theories and lores. This show was my childhood and it will always be in my heart and as some of my favorite memories as a kid. Something I've found out after watching people's reaction to the finale and others comments on how they reacted to it made me realize how I've became more detached from adventure to than I originally thought. When I was growing up through my teenage years, I began feeling like I shouldn't be watching kids cartoons anymore and this really affected my relationship with the show as I stopped watching it somewhere before the vampire arc of the series. I also stopped watching TV by cable so this REALLY affected my relationship with the show. I had lost total interest in the show because I believed that it wasn't going anywhere and it would never get to the true lore of the world, about the humans, the potential future for Finn and Jake and the land of Ooo and all the unanswered questions of the show. After hearing about the Islands arc, I began coming back into the show but starting all the way back from the vampires arc. With this non-stop binging of this show, there was major detailes I had forgotten before the vampire arc and had been questioning the theories people had created like what is glob and how the astroids link to people like Finn and Jake and the lich. I had really lost that attachment and wonder of the show I once had before and I wished I cried as much towards the finale but I didn't really until the episode ended and it wasn't a lot but I wished I cried more. But nonetheless this show had really impacted my life when I was young and I'm happy to see it go with a happy, relieving ending. Goodby Adventure Time, you had an amazing run.

“Don’t be sad it’s over, be happy it happened” I know how you feel man. This show came out when I was 9. Now I’m 19. My dad died, and I had to move because of it, but this show kept me going, gave me laughs I needed.
And if it was for AT, we probably wouldn’t have Steven Universe, Ok KO, or SVTFOE.
And yes, I cried when Come Along With Me played too.
The ending is really smart, because by now we assume the song "Come along with me" as the episode ending song, so its normally cut off, but hearing it in full as a part of the final makes it special, and seems to wrap everything together, even if played without the visuals.
I seriously cried when the singing whole sang the outro theme the first time I watched it god I'm gonna miss this show.

I cried alot even though I never cry. I was happy when Bonnie and Marci kissed even though love never touchs me. I felt like I lost a friend when Betty's original plan didn't work even though most character deaths never make me feel that. I was, overall. Emotional.

It truly is the end of an era I was 10 in 4th grade when it first came out, and know I just became a freshmen in college so it officially was there as I grew from kid to adult, as did finn. There will never be something as big as AT was for animation, not at least for awhile. Thank you AT and CN for 8 amazing years of non stop fun😌
Every time I’m sad, or just feeling down on myself... I just sing the song to myself to cheer me up, I’ve been watching the show for years and I still remember watching episodes on Netflix with my brother. was in a pretty gritty situation back around late 2009. 8 year old kid who just witnessed his parents divorce, had his grandpa pass away, and didnt have a good social status. Then this show appeared 3 months later. It felt like a marking stone in my life, as I enjoyed watching this treasure of a show I slowly began to climb out of my depression and enjoyed life again. I know its prolly just a coincidence, but I will always have this show in a special place in my heart. I thank you for everything you've done for me. Rest in peace 2010-2018
Okay so let me say this, I haven’t been a very active fan, I only really watched the episodes after I heard the show was ending, the reason why I watched every episode after hearing this was that I knew that this was one of the shows that started the new era of cartoons on Cartoon Network, so decided since ok ko and Steven universe are on break I might as well, and watching this show ep after ep, seeing the show grow up and mature really got to me and made me love this show, and this became one of my favorite shows on Cartoon Network, so basically in short, I had an amazing summer watching this show and I feel satisfied with this ending, although I’m curious on how Ice thing lost its body.

Just finished watching, and i thought I'd clear some things up for you:
-I'm sure you got this, but yes, Simon is back. At the cost of Betty tho. Had she not wished for the power to keep him safe while inside Golm, he likely would have reverted back to the Ice King. And the power she wished for happened to be in Golm, and so Golm and Betty are now the same entity (a permanent fusion, if you will)
-The two characters in the future are likely the next reincarnations of Finn and Jake, thanks to the comet that landed after the lich.
-And also the song BMO sung was written by Rebecca Sugar.

You do realize that the two characters in the end are the reincarnated versions of Finn and Jake. Finn was a butterfly in his first life.
Finn's first life was a Catalyst Comet. The butterfly reincarnation happened sometime in the middle.

The ending of the show left me with so many questions and theories and the word “the fun will never end” kept spinning through my head over and over again. Adventure time was the best show that ever lived along with regular show. Sad to think that kids nowadays will never experience what we experienced. This show will always be within my heart
I. . . i'm still so devoided of. . . everything really, and processing most of everything, and come to accept the finale bit by bit by every day since, but yeah, especially thanks to all the videos from the community and crew, your reaction was just perfect, man, i truly appreciate the extra work you put, not only to this special and important video, but to all of the videos.
Ah, y'know, i could go on a long and endless rant about my feelings in the finale, but one good thing that i can say without a doubt is that. . . when your show makes you want more, even with 10 (9) Seasons, 280+ episodes, specials, shorts, miniseries (and almost a movie), you truly created a special and magical work of art and just. . . a world that i would want to see a million more things of.
So from here and beyond, i farewell you Adventure Time and i hope to see you again in any way, shape or form, and at any time ;')

I haven’t been keeping up and I’m still sad. This show was around when I was six. I remember multiple episodes vividly, from the first episode to Evicted to It Came From the Nightosphere to Card Wars. It was a show that embodies the early 2010s, a time where everything was simpler and happy and good.
If there ever is the speculated spinoff of Shermy and Beth, I am watching that in a heartbeat.

I’m not sure if anyone’s in the same boat as me but I never really watched much adventure time. I did however watch an episode here and there but that was just about it. It’s weird how even though adventure time wasn’t a big part in my life like it was to some, when I hear ‘come along with me’ it makes me feel really nostalgic.
Bmo's song came out oon itunes. And if you listen near the end, jake becomes the main singer. And then he just sings the final line himself. Which is "you and I will always be best friends" he was calling out to his brother/ best friend in the world.

There's only been 2 times when a cartoon has made me cry, this and death note, but this has so much more of an impact, it's weird to think think I've been watching this since I was 5 and when that last song played I just broke into tears, I realized just how much life can pass you by and how much I've grown, I will never forget this show and I thank the creators for all the memories

We really don't know what happened to Finn and Jake and the others after this last episode , they only show us the future (1000 years later).
To me, this is Adventure Time teaching us an important life lesson. The will happen is like growing up or having to face life on your own. The happening is like living on your own, being able to take care of yourself, living life to the fullest. And the happened...........is like when your about to face death, but you know that you were able to do what you could and live the most successful life you could’ve.
In short, LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST!!!!!

yeah that episode just breaks a person down…
This finale legit brought tears to my eyes, and by all the good reasons. I could paint myself when I was younger, when I used to go to my friend's house in the night to see the new episodes, when I used to google search for strange conspiracy theories about AT, when I used to watch video montages of the location of the snail in each episode, when I used to enjoy this in its entirety. The last bit of this episode is about remembering what you went through, is about remembering that you are older now, and that you've went through a long journey throughout the depths of childhood, youth and adulthood, accompanied with a nice show and some silly but great fictional characters. It's only proof that everything is getting older, and that we, the generation that used to watch these shows, are getting older as well. Good show, I will always have an empty spacein my heart for it.
Enough to make a child now a grown man cry.
For real I grew up watching this Amy a couple more shows and they’re all ended or ending, it’s so sad seeing my childhood over.

This is the first time a show has made me cry since...well, the Islands arc or AT. This was such an amazing show and I don't think they could've made a more fitting ending. And as cheesy as the rest of this comment is gonna sound, hear me out. Honestly, I don't feel like this show has really "ended." This show was like one big glimpse into another realm, a realm which has existed long before anything we got to see and continues to exist long after. This show's world will continue to live on both within itself and within our hearts. Truly, the fun will never end.
