The crypto heal trick is still in the game and I hope they never patch it, also the timing is easy, you just hold the tactical button to throw the drone and anytime during the 1.5 second animation you press heal and it works
Imo this tech is what makes current crypto so much more viable and fun. The fact that you can fly your drone for scans, heal, charge a weapon, or pop an ult accel, emp, and reload your weapon simultaneously is kinda of crazy.
Really? i've tried it a few times and it always seems to cancel my heal and drag me out of the drone when i do it. i thought it was patched.
@@sleet9289 you can only do it when deploying ur drone and going into it. If your drone is already out then swapping to the drone cancels the heal

It is a feature the devs already said that it has always been a thing and they won’t patch it because it isn’t a glitch/bug

Did they fix the nade under the door thing? I thought that was just an intended mechanic and I assumed it was still in. Also the crypto heal isn't just viable, it's half of his power in ranked. Instead of just being afk healing for 5-10 seconds you can be scouting for your team or ulting the enemies
the pad cannon is still in the game (maybe not as good as it was back then) but yes, it is still in the game and if i remember Faide actually uses it still

With how many times I've seen Faide trick a whole team into his portal when chasing him, I think making a portal so others who follow through fall off the map is viable, just situational lol

Last I played you could still do the Rev thing. You just need to be pressed up against certain rails. Some will send you flying upwards though so you need to kind of know which ones will do the trick. But Rev's tac movement is still pretty much the same. At least I haven't felt any changes in the velocity / tricks.
Also the Crypto thing still works and I sincerely hope they keep it because the multitasking aspect of Crypto's kit gives me dopamine. Feels like it should be a little note somewhere on his character abilities. He can reload his weapons while in drone, why not be able to pop a bat / medkit / charge sentinel / etc.
all about timing or timed coordination. apex gods out there! i wish i had the time to play, all the time. Junkies! gg guys!
The Octane pad in the grav cannon still works currently but its not as strong now as it was.
