I’ve only been collecting about nine months. I collect 1/64. Mostly Greenlight.
I’m looking forward to future episodes of your CZcams channel.

Greenlight's 1/64 line is a fantastic option for just starting out because of all the different series available and at an affordable price point!

@@ClassicCars_TV It would be interesting to see a comparison of 1/64 scale cars from different manufacturers. Because I know not all 1/64 scale models are accurate. My limited experience in collecting has shown me that. For example M2 and JL are not accurate nor is Racing Champions.

The details that you get with 1/18 scale cars are amazing. Which brand is your Eleanor from?

I collect a combination of 1/18 and 1/24 but do have some 1/64 scale. I have the 1/24 NHRA die-casts in a set of several plexiglass cases for display on the wall and a couple for some special 1/18 cars for a desktop display. I look forward to additional videos.

@@ClassicCars_TV 1/24 for most things racing related but 1/18 for non-racing

@@MichaelHaakenson There are a lot of really nice 1/24 scale racing models. The Dale Earnhardt model seen on the desk at the beginning (0:33) is a beautiful model by Action Performance.

My collection is split between 1/18 and 1/43 and I started by trying to collect a model of each of the cars I have owned, preferably in the color I had too. This represents quite a few models as I've been driving for 50 years ! I soon branched out and now collect everything I like or liked. Got way too many and my wife freaked out but no problem, got them all in my basement "man cave ". Good luck on your channel, I'm subscribed !!

It sounds like you have built up a pretty big collection so far! Which one would you say is your favorite?

I would suggest looking into the 1/18 scale Auburn 851 Speedster made by Auto World. The model has lots of detail and there is one on sale right now on the Fairfield Collectibles website. fairfieldcollectibles.com/1935-auburn-851-speedster-1-18-scale-diecast-model-by-auto-world-1/?gclid=Cj0KCQiApKagBhC1ARIsAFc7Mc5T4zbxLbMD0S-DW5Kq-bSU5LmgkEbMGYOjSJu3B0_Rie9t6uLNuY0aAkkfEALw_wcB
