Thank you for another wonderfully relaxing video. I suffer from clinical depression myself, and I always find your videos soothing. I can just sit back and listen to them and just kind of shut down for a while to rest and relax. Have you looked at using wooden implements for your videos? Something like a softwood mortal and pestle or something similar, where it's just two soft wooden items rubbing together. That's always a very soft yet soothing sound and can work wonders. A friend's mom ran an apothecary shop (old Chinese family business) and I remember lots of times when I'd be sat in the back room while his mom was grinding up herbs in her mortal and pestle (because she did everything by hand) and that used to get me dozing in no time. :p
