Ozley’s ear to ear is phenomenal. Ozley’s soft spoken is unmatched. Ozley’s hand movements are intoxicating.
I think it’s hard to give credit to just how expertly therapeutic this meditation is. The authenticity and skill brought to every word and action I believe is something that can reach people in a deeply honest and empathetic way in any number of struggles and her voice on top of that is unearthly. Being completely honest, there is no one I have ever heard hum more beautifully. We live in a rare time to have healers with such resonance reach so many and I can only hope that more of those in need of the words, healing, empathy and spirit brought to this video have it reach them. It really is hard to give a compliment that seems good enough. As a person who suffers from very debilitating insomnia, depression, anxiety, severe stress, grief, trauma and chronic pain etc. there are times where nothing really breaks through that. I find that she always does and I think that’s true for alot of people. Kindness like this is hard to repay but we do all deserve it and I am glad there are those who make it their mission to bring that to the world.

Not only did I get the most possible tingles in the first 10 minutes of this video (more tingles I’ve ever gotten in my 2 1/2 years of listening to asmr) but I also started crying bc I felt so strangely loved and calm so thank you. I really needed that after all of my recent health issues and work struggles 💚
