Amazing work Glen, the before and after gives this project hope, it’s in the right hands, and look at the bright side you’ll have to step up the beer drinking, lol, this is a page turner hope we have another video soon, have a great Sunday my friend 😀😀
@@DesertRatFabrication lol thanks for watching Mike, ya my Doctor has different ideas on the beer drinking goog thing I have been saving the empty case for ever. It's definitely going to test my skills. Take care
Great job Glen. Looks like you will need lots of template material so you better get after it😂. I contacted vavavoom that put me onto Windy hill auto in Minnesota and they put me in to desert valley in phoenix that put me on to rocky mountain relics in Colorado that finaly had some 40 dodge coupe parts. Thanks for the tip. Cheers for now
@@glenmiller3783 They had a couple of things that I would be interested in and are going to send me some pics. The price is another story. I will probably put that towards fixing up what I allready have and have money left over for some template material. Thanks again.
Ohhh my goodness 😳 You did an awesome repair job. You are going to need a lot more beer cad so you and your friends need to drink more beer 😅 I feel like your channel name should be changed to the Miracle Worker!!! This has to be the most difficult job or at least one of the most difficult projects I have ever seen done.
Thank you, you are right it's going to take a lot of beer cases and if I drink it all myself this might not seem like such a huge job in the drunken stupor. I have a feeling I'm going to screw up a lot of sheet metal. Take care.
Thats heap of work before the mountain of repairs.
@@NathansMoparGarage it most certainly is, thanks for watching Nathan.

Lots of work, you'll be a pro when your done with this one. Cheers.
Oh ya, as far as being a pro not sure that is achievable. 🤔

Thanks Gav, we will see how it turns out. Take care.
You definitely have your hands full on this one. There will be a fortune in steel alone.
Oh ya I have 2.5 sheets of 18 gauge and I don't think that's enough.

Good lord Glen! Is this the last one of these cars on the face of the earth? I love a good train wreck, so I'll be watching. Cheers from Iowa
Thanks Randahl, you would almost think so, once the owner sets his mind on saving a car there is no going back. Take care, cooler weather coming.
Holy Cow! It may be easier to build one from scratch. Are there any remanufactured panels available?
@@jimgummere5561 lol holy herd of cows, no there isn't I have to scratch build all of it. Take care
Geez that's a whole lot of work on something under the floor. Wonder why they made it so complex in the first place.
@@garyscarstuff lol it was so, I think they way over engineered it because it's a convertible.
Is there a power hammer in your future?
@@frankfurther3828 I wish, but probably not way to much money
@@glenmiller3783 I have a friend with one from a WW2 ship. Gets used regularly. No idea what he paid. He had to add a motor.
@@frankfurther3828 I watch market place all the time but have never seen one for sale.
@@glenmiller3783 you prob wont.
@@frankfurther3828 unfortunately you are probably right Frank.
This will be a challenging build, your the right fellow for the job, carry on Glen. 🫵🏼💯🆒
Thanks Robert, time will tell on that. lol
