Jackie is one of the nicest stand up comedians I knew. I remember doing open mics with her in Minneapolis at Stevie Ray's Comedy Theater and Cabaret. It's really great to see her doing well. It couldn't have happened to a nicer person.

Jackie is a sweetheart and, I think, the best female comic EVER. Compare her reality-based story telling to the nonsense punchlines and meaningless word games of Ellen Degeneres. There's no comparison. Love you Jackie. You're awesome..

First time I've seen her work, liked it a lot. Clean, solid material. She has some of the same phrasing as Maria Bamford, dunno who influenced who.

That was great. Definitely one of the best female stand up comics I've heard.
Love her to death, try to see her live whenever I can, and specifically stayed up late to watch Conan just so I could see her. But. I don't know if she's written an new joke in years. I heard all these same jokes 3 years ago when I first saw her live. I recommend her to all my friends, and I love her standup, but I really would like to hear something new. :)

Seems like it's not that you don't like female comedians as much as you don't like the social roles attributed to women in general. Even if male comedians have a wider range as you say, they also work within the roles that are given to them, which may be, as I expect, more varied. So, in the end, the feminist struggle may bring improvements to comedy by widening its range. Also, I recommend Sarah Silverman, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Wanda Sykes and, of course, Lucille Ball and Carol Burnett.

The marriage part was the best....
I think it's weird that she began the dying pet routine by saying "I love animals, people are animals, I love people" (therefore establishing a parallel between animals and people) and then referred to animals as objects, like products you can simply buy and dispose of. I mean, her choice to draw that parallel makes me understand that she would be inclined to feel that old dying people should also be put to sleep. I guess that, more than animal rage, I'm just confused by her writing.

There were some solid jokes in there but she was going waaaayyyy to fast. It also came out a bit naggy at some points, just the tone. It might have just been the limited time but she ended strong.
This got a resounding "meh" from me.

I had a diabetic cat once, I had to inject with insulin. (It's hard to let those little fuckers go, once you love them)
How would you ever have to pay $3000 for that? They take just the same insulin humans do and since they are so tiny, you inject very little amounts each time. That is at most $20 month.

Not at all entertaining for the most part, but a couple chuckles. (which means two). Not trying to be a critic, but my view of this performance was pretty boring.
Good material, but I don't like her delivery. She seems to rush through the jokes, and doesn't let the punchline unfold in people's minds.

Thank you. Notaro has been able to spread her lies for a very long time so it is good to hear that the word is out to some degree. Kashian agreed to lie in court and put on a whole disgusting display in order to get a gig at something called, "The Bentzen Ball." A "ball" curated by Notaro strictly to reward those who agreed to cover up for her and have her avoid the serious repurcussions of her actions. Kashian was the worst. And, she does have an extensive criminal record. Add perjury now.

Comediennes(female comics) have this aspect where you either laugh or feel like you paid to get sacked and were expected to tip. Male comedians *will* make you laugh, but there's a broader range of negative responses. I'm not busting a gut when I watch this example that love is out there, but I do enjoy her humor. I've seen bombs in the fairer sex, but at least I don't feel violated when they conclude their performance.
