CANNON RULED ! he may not have "fit" the usual TV detective type -- but everytime the bad guys scoffed at him and doubted he could capture them, HE WIPED THE FLOOR WITH THEM ! William Conrad was the man !
From his voiceover work in Rocky & Bullwinkle, to Cannon, to reigning over the annual Thanksgiving Day parades as a color commentator, William Conrad was the beautiful baritone soundtrack of my adolescence.
William Conrad was and still is THE MAN. What I love most was at around the end of the episode, he talks about food. Any kind of food, Southwestern, steaks, seafood, Asian and even soul food. He was also a tough fighter because he was a Military Policeman during the Korean War, hence his hand to hand fighting skills.

I love this song. It's very catchy. I would like to see/hear middle/high school bands play this. I enjoy watching this show on MeTV.
William Conrad looked like he was having a great time in his fight scenes. A fine actor.
Connoisseur, good fighter, tenacious and crack shot with a .38 snub nose. And that Lincoln!
Love old Cannon, he was the man!
My wife still owns the 12-month Cannon bathing suit calendar!
Ive known guys like Cannon. They look like they cant get off a barstool but they can put a fool on his back in a heartbeat.

Saw this show in the 70's in Zambia.
I'm glad they slowed down the camera so we can see his moves

My heart has been with the Lincoln Mark IV (note: the Mark III is shown in this early opener) bc of Cannon.
