It’s hard to get in emerald is why you don’t often see it
@@tylercox1875 Did they change it from Ruby/Sapphire? I definitely brought a Raichu into the final battle with Steven not long at all ago.
@@ReginaldCosmic it’s in the safari zone. That’s just pretty late in the game and there’s better electric types you can get by then. As well as safari zones being difficult to catch Pokémon in

@@ReginaldCosmic I use it in pretty much every time I play through a Kanto game. Except the og gen 1 because speed is king in gen 1 so electrode is the way to go
